Return Policy

You can return most items sold by MyFashionCorner within 20 days from the ship date. To qualify, simply send the item you are returning to: Attn: Sears Returns

We must receive your item back within 30 days of when we originally shipped it to you. Please allow us 3-5 days from the time we receive your returned item to process your refund. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping due to buyer's remorse or incorrect ordering. MyFashionCorner will cover return shipping charges for damaged/defective items and incorrect shipments. Since we cannot refund more than the purchase price of the item, all return shipments that MyFashionCorner is responsible for must be pre-approved through our returns department. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will authorize Sears to process a refund to the buyer' account.

We will not accept any returns for items that have visible marks of wear caused by the customer. For example, if you try on shoes, be sure to do so in an area that will not mark up the soles. If you try on clothing, please see that the clothing is exactly as you received it prior to sending it back. Any returns that have visible marks of wear caused by the customer will be rejected and the customer will bear responsibility for claiming the item(s) from our warehouse. Any product packaging such as shoe boxes must be protected during return shipment. If you ship back an item without exterior protection and the product packaging is damaged or rendered unusable, you will be charged a restocking fee in the amount of 50% of the purchase price. Please make sure to include a brief statement of what was wrong with your order and what you would like us to do. For example, if you would like to return the item, please indicate that.

If you need to exchange your order for another size or color, please order the size or color that you desire and indicate the order number of your new order on the paper insert you include with your return shipment. If you ordered a new size or color of an item you will be given a full refund for the item you are returning. In this way, all exchanges are contingent upon availability of the item desired. If you are unable to place a new order for the item you desire you will receive a refund of the purchase price less a 5% restocking fee on the item you are returning. All refunds initiated because of buyer's remorse or anything related to the buyer will be granted a refund of the purchase price less a 5% restocking fee.
