Keep in mind some of our items might be a little different than what is stated in the listings as we keep buying stock all year around some of our items might be potted or pulled from the pot with dirt intact around the roots instead of bare root. Sizes could always vary as we try to keep everything updated with the new stock arriving some of the items might be updated too late for your order(s). Please email us at salezz@gmail.com with any questions you might have about this as during the spring months we are limited to phone customer support as we out in the fields packing and shipping orders. Emails most of the time get answered within a few hours if not right away. All refunds are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

*** Our One Month Guarantee ******* If a purchase is complete with a rooted plant and the plant fails to survive due to adaptability then the one month guarantee will be in effect for a FREE REPLACEMENT or the same value plant within the zone area. Stipulations apply: written request along with THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING LABEL must be returned within the guarantee timeline.

*Replacement guarantee is VOID unless the ORIGINAL SHIPPING LABEL is returned. If the valued customer is unsatisfied with their chosen plant(s) then ALL return process must be taken place within 15 days. If the plant is returned livable then a 15% restocking fee will be issued to the customer. ***** NO refund of shipping and handling on any orders.

KEEP THE SHIPPING LABEL - The shipping label is your proof of purchase and is needed for your guarantee. Keep this label in a safe location for the three months your plants are under warranty. For complete guarantee instructions, see the front cover. INSPECT YOUR ORDER - Make sure all the items listed on the shipping label, located on the outside of the package, are enclosed. Then check all the plants; if you discover some broken branches or roots simply prune them off. This will not hurt your plants.

REMEMBER YOUR PLANTS ARE LIKELY DORMANT AND NOT DEAD - The majority of the plants we send is in a dormant state in which they dry up and look dead. Many of the plants are not not not bare root meaning there will not be dirt surrounding the roots, nor will they be in pots. Dormancy is the state that a plant/tree/shrub goes into during the winter in cold climates and is the safest way to transport live plants. We keep our bare root items in climate-controlled coolers to keep them in this dormant state until they are packaged for shipping.

PLANT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE - For best results, plant right away. If woody plants dry out during transit, soak them in water for 2 - 24 hours. In situations where immediate planting is not possible, store bulbs and perennials in a cool, dry, dark place such as an un-heated garage or basement. Perennials should have their roots lightly moistened. Heel in trees and shrubs (see below). These measures are all temporary and proper planting should be done as soon as possible. WATER, MULCH AND CULTIVATE - Proper care of your new plants is very important. New plants can be very tender and require additional care until they are established.

BE PATIENT AND ENJOY! - Your gardening adventure is just beginning. Allow your plants 6 weeks to become acclimated to their surroundings and begin to thrive before implementing your warranty. Our Shipping Policy Please note that our products can only be shipped to the Continental (48) United States.
Please allow 1 week for your order to be processed. Keep in mind that many of our plants and trees are shipped in a dormant condition. Soak overnight before planting. In general, these items can be planted anytime your ground is not frozen. An early snow or frost will not harm a nursery stock item that is already dormant. On the other hand, these items can also be planted during warm weather--simply be sure to water well. Potted perennials can be planted outside any time after your last frost until your ground has frozen solid for the winter. All refunds are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. During Fall, Winter and some early Spring shipments. Some of the plant materials in this shipment are DORMANT. Which means that even thought they have no green top growth, they will grow from dormant buds when temperatures are right. For many perennials, This 'rest period' is ESSENTIAL to good flowering performance in the upcoming season. During Summer months shipping might be delayed as we only will be shipping on days that we know it wont harm the plant(s). Monday through Wednesday.
