Please just follow these simple instructions:
1) Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number: We need this number to process your return. To obtain an RMA number, see our super simple instructions below. 2) Ship your item to our Return Center (address listed below): The helpful Customer Service Associates at will get you the appropriate shipping labels. The discounted return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
3) Pay no restocking fee: It's never awesome to pay for the same item twice. does not charge a restocking fee on any returned item, as long as it's returned in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. What items are eligible for return?
Most of's awesome selection can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date as long as its returned unused and in its original packaging. Can I use a shipping company or carrier of my choice to return an item? Yes, but you still have to get an RMA number from before shipping. After you receive your RMA number, ship your item(s) back to our Return Center at this address:

Please ship your return using a dependable carrier who can provide tracking, insurance and proof of delivery in order to ensure that your item is received in the best possible condition. is not responsible for shipments lost during return shipping or damage resulting from improper handling or improper packaging. Please do not send returns to's corporate headquarters or any address you may find in your original shipping documents; these packages will be refused, delaying your refund. may decide that a refund can be issued without a return. If this is the case, someone from our Customer Experience Center will let you know that you don't have to ship the item back for a refund.

Can I refuse a delivery? No. Returns need to have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Sorry, we can't issue refunds for returns that don't follow our return procedure.

Does charge a restocking fee? No. At, we want to make the return experience as painless as possible. We do not charge a restocking fee on any returned item, as long as it's returned in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. Items with Free Shipping will be refunded in full. Other items will be refunded the item price only, not including the original shipping costs.

What are the return shipping costs? Return shipping costs will vary depending on the item and your location. By printing Dazadi's shipping labels, you can take advantage of our shipping discounts! This means that the return shipping costs will usually be much less than those of other shipping companies. If you do decide to use one of Dazadi's shipping labels, we'll include a calculation of your refund amount along with your RMA. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

How soon will I receive my refund after I've returned my item? Please allow 5 to 7 business days after your product has been delivered to our Return Center for your refund to be processed. Remember that it may take up to one complete billing cycle for your refund to appear on your credit card statement. Refunds will only be issued via the payment method used to make the original purchase (PayPal, credit card, etc.).

What if I receive a damaged or defective item? In the unlikely event that your order is missing parts, damaged or defective, please contact the Customer Experience Center at 888-382-4537 within 10 days of receiving your item and we will send you a replacement product or replacement parts at absolutely no cost to you.
