Return Policy

This is the policy of on returns. You must contact our office within 30 days of purchase of your item for any consideration of returns. Any exchanges must be made within the same product line. The product must be returned in its original packaging or there will be a 20 perecent restocking fee. If you are exchanging your item then you have to contact our office for additional shipping charges. Any returns that are over 30 days from date of purchase will have a 20 percent late return fee. You are responsible for the shipping on any returns. We suggest you insure your package. If the item is damaged during the return to us then that liability is between you and the shipper that you chose. If we shipped you the wrong item we are sorry for the error and will remedy the situation. Please double check the items with the invoice you received. If you did receive the wrong items please call us at 800 805 9729. For return information go into your amazon account and send us an email thru your account with a request for a return and we will email you back the instructions on how to complete this. Thanks for your patronage and shopping on Amazon Any shipping charges on each order will not be refunded. Any items that show a no shipping charge and are returned. We deduct our shipping cost that we incurred to ship your order. Even though it shows a no shipping charge we actually incurred a shipping charge to ship the item. We are not responsible for any size shoe, boot human or canine that you order. Any products that are being returned the customer must get an RMA # from us and that RMA # must be on the outside of the package. and the return form must be filled out and put inside the box. Any Products returned without an RMA # on the outside of the Package will have a $50.00 fee accessed to them. Please get a tracking number of your return and provide that tracking number to us for prompt refunds. Products that are returned that have been used or damaged there will be a 20 percent restocking fee. Any Damaged items due to shipping, must be reported to Ablackhorse, upon receipt for replacement item. Otherwise you will have to contact the Manufacturer for the Manufacturers Warranty. Upon Receipt of items on return we will credit your account within 3 weeks
