All returns must be pre-approved by requesting for an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). All requests must be submitted within 30 days from receipt of the merchandise. Any damage to the merchandise must be reported within 14 days from receipt of the merchandise. Please complete the Returns Request Form, including a description of the issue in the comments field. Failure to provide detailed information requested may result in delay in returns process. Once your request has been received, you will be contacted within 5 business days with an RMA number and return instructions. The RMA number issued is valid for 2 weeks only. You must re-package any item(s) being returned as it was delivered to you. We will credit you for the total purchase price upon receipt of the item, less roundtrip shipping costs AND a 20% restocking fee (with a $20 minimum charge). Additional fees may apply if not returned in original packaging. Products with free shipping offer will incur additional 15% deduction from their refund unless the product is defective or damaged. Customer will be responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged.
