Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via email. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. Please have the following information on hand when emailing for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the nature of the problem. All defective medical supply products except wheelchairs, scooters, and patient lifts, walkers will be accepted by us for credit, exchange or repair, at our discretion within 10 days from the delivery date. All defective wheelchairs, scooters, walker and patient lifts will be accepted by us for repair or replacement only, at our discretion, within 10 days from the delivery date. After 10 days, the manufacturers warranty applies.

Some non-defective products may be returned for credit or exchange. Those returns authorized by us are subject to a restocking fee of 18%-20%, as well as the freight cost to deliver your item, and must be completed within 10 days of the date of delivery. Product must be returned within 30 days of delivery date. The Medical Department Store reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 10 days from the delivery date. Certain products such as bathroom safety aids, commodes, catheters, erection aids, pillows, cushions, braces, supports, pessarys, c-pap mask, c-pap chin strap, etc., will never be a accepted return due to Florida State law regarding Hygiene Items if they are out of their original packaging. Due to manufacturers return policies, titanium wheelchairs, custom wheelchairs and other custom equipment may be returned to us for repairs only - no refunds or exchanges can be made at any time. Please note: for products sold with promotional Free Shipping programs, you will be responsible for the actual delivery and return shipping fees incurred to transport your item.

All medical supply products to be returned must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date, 100% complete, in re-sellable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturers. Client will return product when allowed at their expense, NO cross mailed packages will ever be sent, regardless of reason.
