We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read carefully. Instructions are towards the end. Item Not What You Wanted? (Not Defective)

1. Your return must be within 30 days of shipped date 2. Item must be returned in new condition and in the original packaging (refunds exclude shipping fees) Defective Items Defective items (Broken/Dead on Arrival, Stops Functioning) returned within 30 days will be replaced at no cost to you - we pay for shipping expenses on the replacement of defectives. After 30 days please call the manufacturer for defective returns/warranty coverage.

Tools, software, and CDs/DVDs Tools, software, and CDs/DVDs may only be returned if unopened. Credit card purchases will be refunded to the original purchasers card. We will process your return within 5 business days. Please allow up to 2 credit card billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Direct Ship Items Direct Ship Items are not stocked in our warehouse but generally ship directly from the manufacturer 3-5 business days after the order is placed. Ground delivery Only. Expedited shipping methods (i.e.: next-day, 2-day, 3-day select, etc.) are Not Available on these products.

Please allow up to 2 credit card billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement. RMA numbers must be clearly displayed on the front of the return shipping box.

Please double box your return. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in shipment, we recommend that items be shipped back UPS or insured parcel post.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Returns that do not meet all of the above stated conditions will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. The returned merchandise will be credited to your credit card.
