wonderful so far
Bought the TV about 2 months ago, not only was the price right, but the quality of the picture is better than most of the other ones that were more expensive. Only thing I'm not thrilled about is the built in power cable. I have to switch some of my sources out once in a while, but I really love this TV so far.

Okay if you watch only external sources.
The picture quality of this TV is fine, and it is a nice-looking unit, but it has some serious flaws, which make it unusable for over the air viewers. When using the built-in digital tuner, its aspect ratio selection does not work well. Set it for dispalying HD content full screen, and SD channels get stretched. Set it up to display SD channels correctly proportioned, and HD gets squeezed. Plan on using the acspect button a lot.
Also, the virtual channel mapping does not work correctly. It will scan for channels, find them, and display them in the correct order when you use the channel up and down buttons. When you try to enter a channel number directly, though, you have to use the actual RF channel number instead of the mapped/virtual channel number. You'll have to look this number up at the FCC web site.
If you only watch external sources (cable box, satellite reciever, blu-ray, etc.), this set will probably work fine for you. Over the air TV viewers should look for something else.

Worth a look!
Purchased on sale for $205 after applying my rewards points. So far, I am quite pleased. I did purchase it as a secondary TV for my bedroom so was not expecting perfection however, am very impressed by both the picture and the sound. The only problem I had was when I set it up the TV was missing the remote. Called their customer support who surprisingly was here in the US and they got one shipped to me in about a week. It has only been a couple weeks but so far am very satisfied!

Great buy ....very reasonable price
Have had this tv for about 2 months.On standard tv channels picture...I would rate at 7 for clarity and depth of color.On hd channels this thing is very sharp/clear.Using a blu-ray player the picture is stunning!I have not seen any better.Sound is ok to very good after you adjust it.For the money it can not be beat.Liked mine so much that I ordered a 46" Seiki for my son.
I would recommend this product to a friend.
