Everybody Needs One

Everybody Needs One - This is the perfect tool to have in your toolbox. I do not know how many times I used the wrong tool (Screwdriver, scapper, etc) to do the task. Now - I have the perfect tool!!!

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Good little bar

Bought this to replace a similar bar I bought 40 years ago but my ex didn't bother to make available when we divorced. This bar is great for removing molding - thin, flat & wide enough that you almost have to try to damage the molding.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Nice and flat

Many pry bars have a bend to them, which is OK for destruction work but not if you want to do delicate work. This bar is totally flat so it can slip down flush behind things like moulding or casework and pry gently without leaving a dent or hole in the wall. It's not very thick so you don't want to use it as a wrecking bar, but it is a very useful addition to the homeowners toolkit for delicate prying.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Great tool for lifting carpet tack strip

Worked great for lifting a carpet tack strip around a room. It's thin and rigid enough to make the job as easy as possible. I recommend this to anyone facing a similar job.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Hand little tool

I used to work with a guy who had one of these and we initially made fun of his "paint scrapper", but this is one handy little pry bar. I purchased it because I had to remove a bunch of oak trim for a kitchen remodel and this thing works like a charm for getting it loose without damage. This is a cheap tool that will save you time and money!

I would recommend this product to a friend.

With Pry-Bars, One is Never Enough...

How many pry-bars do you have in your toolbox?

If you answered one, you probably need to make a trip to Sears before you begin your next demolition/remodeling job.

An effective pry-bar is job specific!  By that I mean there are a number of factors that go into determining if the tool you are using is ideal (or at minimum suitable) for the job at hand.

Many pry-bars are big and bulky.  They are designed to give you the maximum amount of leveraging force for prying away material.  Often times, however that isn't what you need.  Sometimes you require a slimmer, more elegant tool to get the job done,  That's where this little gem might be useful.

I commonly find this bar helpful when I am installing hardwood or laminate flooring.  Inserting the last row of the room can be a bit tricky.  You want a close fit that can be concealed by shoe mold but it is difficult to engage the tongue and groove portion to close up the gap.

With this tool, this task and many others are a snap.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Great heavy duty scraper

A double-ended, solid steel scraping tool!

Excellent.

The edge is not replaceable, like the disposable lighter-duty scrapers.

But, the edges hold up longer and either end is easily sharpened.

It is also a wide and thin edged pry tool.

Very good for the careful removal of wall and baseboard molding, that will be reused.

I would recommend this product to a friend.
