The Craftsman Wrench Roll holds 14 combination wrenches

I bought this wrench roll to store a loose set of Craftsman combination wrenches from 1/4" thru 1-1/8".  The small end swallowed the 1/4" wrench and the large end was a little too tight to accomodate the 1-1/8" wrench.  I ended up removing the 1/4" wrench, placed it in the tote tray in my tool box, and rolled up the rest of the wrenches from 5/16" thru 1-1/8".  Since the slots were so tight I would recommend using this wrench roll with Craftsman combination wrench sizes 1/4" thru 1-1/16".

Deep Slots
I got this for a 12 piece Craftsman Metric wrench set that I've had for years. The wrenches completely disappear down in the slots. Look closely at the picture. The wrenches are not at the bottom of the slots. The way it's packaged in the store, you can't unfold it and see the size. If your wrench set starts with 6 mm, this is way to big.

Classic but could use updating

I have a similar wrench roll to what my father has and it is even similar to the one that hung in my grandfather's workshop. It is ok but it could use some of improvements. The wrenches slide around a bit but they mostly stay put. I would like to see a little writable label on each pocket and the hook and loop closures to tighten up the pouches.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Wrench roll is very handy way to organize wrenches.

The wrench roll is a very convenient way to organize, store, and keep track of wrenches. It fits easily into the tool box and doesn't really take a lot of space. This is the fourth one I've bouight for different wrench sets.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Pockets should be wider. product should b USA made

This product should hold a whole set of wrenches going up to 1 1/16 and 1 inch wrench fits real tight in the biggest pocket. They should test their products.

Not very impressed

I bought this to hold my standard and metric sets of Craftsman ratcheting locking flex wrenches.  Yes, I could've ordered them through the catalog and got the nice tool roll, but you get less and when the in store sets are like $40 off during Craftsman Club saver days, you just can't pass that up.  Anyway, the material doesn't feel very durable and the deeper pockets are way too deep for most wrenches, causing you to have to go fishing for your wrenches inside the roll.  Why can't Craftsman offer the rolls and case that they provide with the catalog sets???

Overall
Not usual Craftsman quality

I bought this to use as a wrench roll but after receiving it I do not think it will be making it to my tool box. I love Craftsman tools but this just isn't Craftsman quality. The material is thin and does not feel up to the job of living in a tool box. The slots do not uniformily increase in size, which means wrenches can only be placed in the roll out of size order, not ideal. There really isn't much more to say about this product other than I could not recommend it.

Very close to being perfect

IF the flap was a bit longer - and - IF the slots for the larger sized wrenches were a little wider -- this would be a perfect carrying kit. BUT, it is close.

Would likt the "Wrench Roll" a whole lot more if these two things were corrected.

Craftsman wrench roll is a pretty streight forward product.

pretty streight forward design, i used it for regular wrenches. one dissadvantage i would give is the strings get in the way or come undone, might be improved with some velcro or other method. but overall quite saticefied with the product. also like the grumitts for hanging on a wall

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Craftsman Wrench Rolls need a little improving

These wrench rolls can be a big help when organizing and storing Craftsman combination wrenches.  They need to improve the slots by properly sizing them so you don't have to force a wrench in or have a wrench to get swallowed up in the slot.  I use one of these in a Craftsman field service set of hand tools and I like to be able to unroll my wrenches so I can find them quickly.  The wrench rolls also help to account for your wrenches when you get ready to go.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Does the job

It's a tool roll, it's affordable, it's easy to find at your local Sears store.  What more would you want out of a tool roll?

Very nice item to store and organize your wrenches.

Holds 14 wrenches very well.  Sizes from 5/16 to 1 1/8.  Combination wrenches fit perfectly with the ends exposed showing you the size.

I would recommend this product to a friend.
