the only screw driver you must have on you
This screwdriver is the best, it stands far above the Klein, Stanley, Green Lee, Ideal or any other multi screwdriver that i have ever use. It's thick walled bit holder is one of the few that I actually can use as a nut driver without causing damage to the screwdriver. It's hardened bits have stood the test of everyday commercial use and abuse and have no wear marks or bends or chips. The handle is perfectly cushioned and perfect for electrical work. I generally am not a fan of Craftsman screwdrivers(standard or Proffesional) I feel that most of the standeard screwdrivers are soft abd cheap but If they made their regular screwdrivers up to the standards that they did with this multi driver I would already have bought a set for home and work. Plus this driver is made in the USA and you can buy spare bits to fit it. I have some spares still in the bag but have not had to use them because the ones in the screwdriver are so durable. Ihave already bought another one to give to my 7 yr old son because I know it will be something that will last his entire life.

Bits are too soft
Okay multi- screwdriver. Used about 5 times to screw in child proofing lock on out cabinets. Already the phillips head bit is starting to get chewed up. Grip is good but next time I'll probably just buy the regular ones and have five around instead on just one.

Nice screwdriver

This is everything you need. 6 in 1 screw driver that means 2 flat screwdrivers and 2 philips and two nutdrivers. The handle is the best handle you can have on a screwdriver.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Now the favorite

The old silver/blue hard handle 6-1 was the favorite screwdriver until I lost it. I purchased the 6-1 cushion handle along with another silver/blue standard 6-1 but the cushion grip is the way to go.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Smooth

I really like this screwdriver, It's really simple and quick that way I don't have to fumble around for a bit when I'm to busy or in a cramped space to get one. Although I would prefer a ratcheting screw driver to be like this I would probably be asking too much, but it'd never hurt to try! So ummm.. Craftsman, how about a ratcheting 6 in 1 screwdriver for a good ol' buddy?

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Great easy to use driver that's easy on the hand

This screwdriver was a replacement for an older version I had broken a tip to. The clerk was very nice and suggested I select a similar item for exchange/warranty. I selected this particular screwdriver as it has a large diameter cushioned grip. The tips for this item are much larger than the previous version so I suspect it will last a bit longer. So far I am pleased to say this screwdriver works well and provides a nice respite to hard and slick drivers. I would certainly recommend this to someone who wants a quality driver that's easy on the hand.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

I prefer the version with the acetate handle...

I have a couple of these and while they're not the best screwdrivers in the world, they certainly are a handy tool vs. carrying 4 screwdrivers and 2 bit drivers.  This version is okay, but I prefer the "older type" version with the acetate handles, because you can grip tighly on the ridges for loosening/tightening stubborn screws.  Also, the rubber on these wears unlike the acetate version (keep in mind most people don't use them enough to wear them, and if they do they have a lifetime warranty).  These are great for doing electrical work WITHOUT LIVE POWER, but if you are going to be working on anything live, do yourself a favor and get an insulated version, it really doesn't take much of a slip to fry you. They really a good screwdrivers and the bits hold up well, I'd recommend having  a couple around.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Versatile and useful

I have multibit screwdrivers everywhere—in the kitchen drawer, in the cars, in the toolbox, in the toolbag—and they all perform more or less the same. This one isn't anything special, except for the price; it's a little silly to buy a cheap import when you can get such a good deal on a quality, American-made tool with a lifetime warranty.

It's a 6-in-1, so with some bit and shaft swapping, it has the functionality of two Phillips screwdrivers (No. 1 and 2), two slotted screwdrivers (3/16" and 1/4"), and two nut drivers (1/4" and 5/16"). Obviously, this covers the majority of the screwdriving most people will be doing—anything this thing can't do can probably be considered "specialized"—and it's convenient to have so much utility in one tool. I've found that the underestimated 1/4" nut driver is one of the most useful parts of the tool; you find screws with 1/4" hex heads all over once you start noticing them. The bits themselves have held up well.

The version being sold in stores now has a big, rubber "Comfort Fit" grip instead of the Klein-esque cushion grip pictured. The Comfort Fit grip is comfortable, easy to get a good grip on (you can really grab it tight and get a lot of torque out of it), and kind of pretty. It is a bit big, though, and can sometimes get in the way in a tight spot, but nonetheless, I like it. It's easy to clean off too; I use it for automotive stuff now and again and just wipe it off with a damp paper towel when I'm done with it, and it still looks good.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Handiest screwdriver in the whole house

You know how everyone has a few screwdrivers in the junk drawer in the kitchen? Well, this is ours. Technically, it's the one from a few years ago (solid red acetate handle), but it's every bit the same as far as versatility, usefulness, and convenience!

This driver has two reversible bits that lock into a reversible shaft. The bits are P1 + small slotted, and P2 + large slotted. The shaft also offers two different sized nutdriver openings (though I've never needed that feature as of yet).

When you might need a couple different screwdrivers, but don't want to lug around 3 or 4 different tools, and you still want the durability and feel that a quality tool has, this is the way to go. This new version, with the rubberized handle, allows for better gripping and better torque, which is always a plus. And, it carries the Craftsman forever warranty, so no worries if it breaks!

And, with a regular price of only about $8, how can you go wrong? Do yourself a favor and pick up this incredibly handy tool. You won't regret it!

I would recommend this product to a friend.
