I purchased this 4 piece 3/8” Extension Bar Set along with the 3 piece ½” Extension Bar Set during a sale at Sears. I have used both sets extensively over the years and all 7 pieces still look like new even with some abuses from my kids using them as a hammer. The chrome finishes have not been scratched or chipped. When finished whatever task is at hand, I make a quick wipe with a soft cloth and they still look like new some ten years later. This is a definite thumbs up for Craftsman's desire to provide quality tools at an affordable price.

Great item for a great price. this is a extension bar set so it doesn't matter what country it's made in it's shouldn't ever fail if so there is a serious problem. The only issue i had was the shipping packaging is padded with shredded fibers and i'm still trying to clean my house from the mess it made. Order and pick up at the stores is my recommendation
So you can spend 4 times as much on snap-on, but you'd be wasting your money, akin to buying designer Jeans when you could be Levi's. These tools perform just as well, and have aLIFETIME GUARANTEE!.. Enough said!!
Overall, I am very happy with this set. I needed the long extension for an application in our shop and it worked quite well. I like the variety and the quality is excellent. It comes in a small vinyl pouch with 4 x slots that hold each individually. It is a great, high-quality set.
Great combination of sizes and at a great price. An excellent compliment to anyone's set of tools. Also includes a nice storage bag so they're always handy to select the size you need.

Although these are regular 3/8 extensions, they are craftsman extensions. Lifetime warranty although you wont break these. They feel very sturdy and they work just like they should. I like the very small extension for when I need a little more room, but shouldn't be using a deep well socket. The ratchet side has a spot for detent pin on all sides so don't worry how you attach it and it also has a detent pin for your sockets. Great set, with a pouch to hold them all. Highly recommend.

needed more extensions love craftsman that and all my sockets are craftsman but for the price I couldn't pass it up even picked up another set for my work box fit finish all excellent
All the sizes you could need to reach those spots where the head of the ratchet is too wide to apply good torque. Very happy with this set. Feels like it will last a long time!

These things are alright to have in the toolbox if you get them for $0-$10. But they should not be your go-to extensions. The lack of knurling makes its miserable if you have lubricant on your hands/gloves and are trying to manipulate the extension. Gearwrench or Duralast make better extensions for a similar or more competitive price than this set.
Craftsman sockets and associated pieces are the best. Sturdy, highly reliable, and built to last. These socket extensions typify the best of the Craftsman brand and why they are worth every penny.
I bought the 220 piece tool kit and to complete it i need the 3/8,1/4 and 1/2 Extension bars this is the first of the 3 i hope the other 2 goes on sale soon.
The only reason I purchased these is because I lost a couple and needed to replenish. In all my years, I have never had occasion to break one of these. The 4 different sizes are handy, plus you can always put them together for even longer sizes.
