Great flexability with these

I bought this set because the pry bars I have from a different company are both long and are hard if not impossible to use. These pry bars with their varying lengths are perfet for pretty much any job I need them for. I don't have to fight to get the right angle any more I can just grab the length needed and go.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Best pry bars

I own both the standard Craftsman pry bars and the Craftsman Professional pry bars. These professional are much better because they have striking caps. I've already used them with a hammer to pop apart a couple frozen/corroded pool pump motors. They take a beating, and still look like new after the job is done. I use the standard Craftsman pry bars for prying only now, and these Craftsman Professional pry bars for striking. Country of Original - USA.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

worth the money

really nice set of USA made prybars. I bought it on sale, but these are a great value compared to a tool truck brand. striking caps at the end of the handle....for those "special times"

Nice, complete, strong set.

I am very pleased with my purchase, definitely competes with Snap-on in quality but a third of the cost. Thank you Sears, keep the quality coming.

capped prybar set is perfect for shop or home

This the best set I've ever owned. I actually needed to buy them for a job because my Snap-On set had been stolen. The performance is excellent compared to my previous set and the price makes it a no brainer to buy them. For the first time ever, I'm actually glad I had to replace a stolen tool.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Phenomenal quality and comfort!

The Craftsman Professional Pry Bars are second to none.  Fantastic non-slip comfort grips, great quality and full-length shanks with strike-caps put these equal to any competition - the price and warranty elevates them miles above!

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Perfect Set With 3 Sizes To Choose From

When working on cars a set of good pry bars always come in handy.  This set is well made and when prying with all your might the last thing you want is the bar to come apart.  I have abused this set and still have great faith in the construction.  I see people are worried about the warranty with the branding wearing off, they are obviously Craftsman Pro series but personally I dont think you will ever need the warranty.  I could break an anvil and havent been able to break these.  Buy with confidence

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Many uses...

Why would you ever need a pry bar when you have a perfectly god set of screw drivers in your tool box?  The screwdriver is the most abused tool in existence and is not designed to function as a pry bar.  I have seen several irrepairably bent screw drivers that had been used for prying, I have even seen a couple of them break.  Not sure about the Craftsman warranty but I saw that the guy on the tool truck would not warranty a bent screwdriver, it was obvious it had been abused.

These pry bars are solid pieces of tool steel, very sturdy, hardened for the task of prying.  The metal caps worry me, I'm afraid they will encourage folks to hammer the pry bar into place or to use it as a substitute scraper.  Always, always, wear eye protection when prying as small shards of metal can come off of parts unexpectedly.

One size does not fit all, that is why there are three in this set.  You may need two sets of these as gears usually require prying on both sides of the gear simultaneously with same-sized bars.

Great additional to my automobile tool selection

Working on restoring my '66 T-Bird has brought me some challenges and a need to have a tool selection on hand. I bought the 3 peice pry bar set and have used them many times. Knowing if one does work (based on size), another will. I found that the longest bar sets on the side of my rolling cabinet and rests in the rolling handle. They take a beating and I have never had a problem with bending them or having them rust. These will last me long enough to pass them along to my sons!

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Quality construction, great for those tough jobs.

Used the large and medium pry bars today to lift about 400 lbs of pipe off a pump and the bars did a great job without damaging them.  Very good construction and comparable to higher priced pry bars.  This is a great buy.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Professional "hammerateable" Pry Bars.

The Craftsman Professional Pry Bars have metal caps on the handle ends, allowing them to be hammered on, without hurting the handles the way the standard red-square handles could be damaged.

I don't tend to hammer on bent-end Pry Bars.

That is what the extra-long Craftsman cold chisels are for - hammer'n on.

These are excellent quality Pry Bars.

Any rubbing off of the Brandname should not be a replacement issue. The handle colors are unique and there is an excellent possibility of the same style tools still being stocked by stores - years from now.

The Craftsman black rubber, "forever warranted" garden hoses are a  good analogy.

The store staff can recognize that style hoze from across the room.

:)

I would recommend this product to a friend.

VERY GOOD prybars

These are excellent prybars for the price. Made in USA and the quality on the handles is top notch. The metal cap is great for hammering on things in hard to reach places, or what you basically have to force the prybar into a position. The only miff I have with this is the Craftsman part number and branding on the handle seems to be wearing. What if down the road I wear the branding completely, will it not be guaranteed?

I would recommend this product to a friend.
