I picked up this set and replaced my mis-matched odds and ends that I had collected. These tools are built to the same design specs as their bigger brothers. I love the padded case that keeps them clean and organized in my tool chest.

I like how this pants fit. I feel comfortable when I am using them; they look great, they are also useful because of the pocket on the leg. Another good feature is its fabric, it is strong and soft and it is not too heavy. I like cargo pants, this style is one of my favorites.
I like this mini-pliers set because I completed a few jobs that required small pliers. I also liked the price I bought them for when on sale. They seem to be strong but we will see over time if they hold up like craftsman tools should. So far so good and nice case.
I found this set to be quite useful in a number of different incidences including everything from car stereo to hanging ballast for HID headlights. I don't recommend a high level of torque being applied to them or using them to try and cut heavy gauge wire, but they are ideal for electrical work with small wires, or anywhere you find yourself with a lack of space to use pliers, cutters, etc. The case seems like a fairly snug fit so far except for one set of pliers continually being loose, but this is not an issue as the case does completely seal off via a zipper along the border. I thought it was a good buy, I am certain it was for the price.
This is billed as a set of precision miniature pliers. After first use, I have some observations that might be useful. The two types of cutting pliers are fine. The three types of long nose pliers have issues with their design, and maybe their construction. My biggest gripe is with the bent nose and standard long nose. The ends of the pliers are too blunt! They have been truncated into such a large blunt shape that it can hardly be termed a miniature plier. Their usefulness is severely compromised for any type of precision work. My standard (not miniature) sets of long nosed pliers from Craftsman have smaller noses. So what in the world is Craftsman thinking? My older sets of Craftsman miniatures are perfect. These are not so good at all.

The pliers all seem to be very well constructed and work well for their intended purpose. The pliers work well where my regular size Craftsman pliers are too big. The pliers set arrived in a very nice case.
I bought this as a gift for my teenage son. The product is of good quality and comes in a nice storage case which is good to keep the tools together and protected. My son has had many uses for this product.

I bought this little set on sale for $9.99 and i feel it was a very good deal. I don't think i would have bought it for $30 but for $10 it was well worth it. The tools are nice and the pouch is nice to keep the set togeher. It's great for small projects.

This is a nice set of five assorted pliers that are miniature in size for working on models, electronics, guns, fishing tackle, jewelry, and other fine work that requires good tools. These long nose pliers are good for working on lawn equipment and I fixed a fuel system recently on a lawnmower using mine. I also use them for wiring work bending the wires and cutting them to size. The small ends allow work in tight spaces which never seem to be in short supply wherever you need to work. The five pliers are of box joint construction. That is, instead of two halves that are stacked on top of each other and fastened, they have one side with a box joint that the other is inserted through for more support in the joint area. Then the two halves are riveted together making a stronger connection than the normal joint. The set is by Craftsman, and includes three sets of mini box-joint pliers - one each mini long nose pliers; diagonal cutter pliers; and needle nose pliers. All three types come in handy and make a good range of styles to enhance your work. These are not for heavy work or abuse but for manipulation and holding of small work they are very handy. The pliers are made of good steel and seem to be properly heat treated for strength and durability. The handles are covered with gold colored plastic for comfort and some insulation. The best price on this site is from Sears the owner of the Craftsman trademark. Also, make sure you get the genuine Craftsman tools as one of the advertisers has something else when you click on it. These tools have the famous Craftsman lifetime warranty which provides - If this Craftsman hand tool ever fails to provide complete satisfaction, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge. If the tool ever fails, just return the defective product to the store and walk out with a replacement or a refund - simple as that. It's the best warranty in the business and a great reason to use Craftsman tools.
This item is perfect for close in work on small items. I picked it up for a great price to build coils for a rebuildable atomizer. This is great for ensuring that the coils are close together without overlapping.
This has been good for little small jobs. I've also used them for making jewelry and repairing eye glasses. They have 5 different noses to choose from, but i've used the needle nose the most.
Let's start by saying the zippered case is really nice. But the tools themselves are poor quality. All three of the needle nose pliers are off, and don't match up when closed. The long nose plier is really off, the tips don't even touch when closed. The metal part of the tool only extends into the plastic handle halfway. It's just a metal stub inserted into the plastic handle about an inch. The metal doesn't run the full length into the handle, and the plastic handle is really flimsy. One of the wire cutter tools the tips don't match up, making it impossible to even cut anything if the two cutting surfaces don't mate up.

This is a very nice set of pliers for doing light work. By light work I mean they are excellent hobby pliers and for small scale electrical jobs. These are not fence pliers! I get a laugh out of reviews where people are using the wrong tool for the job - like using a screwdriver as a chisel. The case is a nice addition to keep the set together without getting lost.
These work fine, but I wouldn't describe them as the heartiest tools. If you need to get into smaller spaces, they work, but don't try and bend anything to heavy with them.
As always Sear's Craftsman tool have come through. I do a lot of different kinds of crafts and at times have trouble finding the right size tools I need. This mini plier set could have been made to order just for me. Though I haven't used it much as of yet, I can already tell it is going to make my crafting so much easier. Sears and Craftsman thank you once again for coming through. I would suggest all crafting people have a set of these mini pliers. I can hardly wait for other mini sets to appear.
