Overall, others give this:
While they call it a truck box, It fits under the seat on some vehicles or I keep mine in the trunk of my car for emergency use along with jumper cables and a small socket set. Relatively shallow but enough room to hold a good assortment of screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, battery terminal cleaner, etc. to help fix your own car or assist someone else.
I like these because they are tough and strong, and fit under a truck seat or lie flat in a car trunk. These are good for storing tools such as sets of wrenches, pliers, & screwdrivers. Two of these are better than one deep toolbox because the weight is divided between two boxes, and you don't have to dig as deeply to find something stored within.
This is literally the best little plastic toolbox I think I have ever owned. it is a box Sears has sold for years, and luckily they have not messed with success, and it remains an awesome box. The latches actually pivot seperately, so they will last a very long time, unlike other plastic latches that fatigue and break rather quickly. I rank this as a ********. dont hesitate, but one before Sears decides to quit making them!
This box fits conveniently behind the seat of a pick-up truck. Keeps small and large tools safely contained and easy to find in your work or leisure truck. This box can easily accommodate longer tools.
Works great to hold our tools and extra gloves we keep in the truck, Fits perfectly underneath the seat and also behind the seat. Best part is that it's Made in the USA!

The box is a champ. At 22 inches it is big but not too big. Fits nice under my crew cab's seats and can hold a good number of longer tools. I have sockets and the smaller stuff in the 17 inch model and ratchets, hammers and extensions in this longer model. Get one.
Bought this tool box based on the recommendations. Glad I did. Holds the tools I need for recurring maintenence (and a wrench for my trailer's hitch and winches).Very handy and fits easily under the crew seat.

Needed to upgrade my old Craftsman box from the car size to truck. Very good price and product is perfect for the job. A wise choice.

You won't understand resourceful use of interior space until you own a standard cab pickup. Most of that space is confined and it's always a challenge to find a tool box that fits behind or under the bench. This fits in nicely and is long enough for some of the longest screwdrivers and ratchets.
This box is well made in USA. Perfect for storing impact sockets, torque wrenches breaker bars and that sort of stuff. A person could also fit jumper cables inside and some road flares and make up a nice roadside emergency kit.

This truck box does what it is supposed to. Nice low profile for under the seat but big enough to hold all your essentials. There are no dividers to get in the way, so load it up and go for it. Highly recommend.
I'm using this tool box to hold the cordless reciprocating saw that I bought the same day. It fits perfectly even with the battery attached to it. The low profile makes it convenient and it doesn't take up a lot of room. Maybe Sears should sell these 2 items as a package deal because they go together very well.
This is a great utility to have in the cab of any pick up. Fits great under the backseat. I keep a set of wrenches, my flashlight, spare bulbs, ect and it all fits in a nice compact box. Craftsman, Made In USA quality.

I have been using these types of storage boxes from Sears Craftsman for at ;least the past 15 years. They are of very convenient size and very sturdy. This one I purchased to store my torque wrenches and breaker bar.
I've had the smaller one for about 20 years and it is still one of my favorite boxes. I use it for my sockets ratchets and wrenches. I bought this one because I am expanding my sockets so I'll use this for my sockets and ratchets and my older smaller one for my wrenches. These things are very durable, there is no way they can tip over, and they store in a small space. The price is definitely right too!
