I especially love that people keep saying how quiet it is. It does a fabulous cleaning job and hasn't injured any dishes. So impressed with the bang we got for the small buck.
Our landlords replaced our broken 20-year old Bosch with this unit, and part of me wonders if repairing the Bosch would have been a better choice. First, it took a great deal of research and effort to do what I thought should have been simple: get the dishes clean. After experimenting with multiple soaps, rinse aids, boosters, dish positions, and dishwasher settings, I was finally able to get about half of the dishes clean. I really have to contribute the remaining fault to the dishwasher design. Silverware is typically hit and miss of whether the unit can successfully remove the residue. I can be flexible in that; however, I cannot be flexible about the complete and utter failure this dishwasher exhibits with top-rack cleaning. Mugs are left with residue inside, bowls emerge looking untouched; anything with a radius smaller than a good-sized cantaloupe dirty after a cycle 9/10 times. Ultimately, if you have anything that is designated "top rack only", spare yourself the grief and wash by hand. Truthfully, I wanted to give this dishwasher 1 star. But since half of it works (sort of), I gave it the 2. But honestly, if you're looking for a budget-friendly unit, stick to Craigslist and don't even bother with this. It lacks the ability to successfully do what it is supposed to.

This dishwasher was easy to install and does the job it claims to do. It is not good for stuck dried on food and pots. For everyday use it works. My biggest disappointment is how noisy it is. We just have to speed up the tv is all. Overall it was worth what we spent on it cause it does the job. You have to consider, of course we only had this dishwasher for about 11 days.
I bought this item as a gift to my parents and they absolutely love it. It's easy to install. The usage instructions is easy to follow. It runs very quiet. The dish rack rollers roll all the way out so it's easy to load the dishes. They absolutely love it and the price is just right for a good product like this.
If you actually expect a dishwasher to wash dishes then get something different. I rinse my dishes before I put them in the washer but they come out covered with some kind of disgusting film. I even made sure to use the exact dish soap and rinse agent that was recommended
This is a great buy for the price,my old dishwasher had a horibble sell no matter how many times i cleaned it kept my dishes looking dirty and never dries, this on is semi quiet, cleans the dishes perfectly and dries them as well and I didnt have to break the bank with this purchase.I am super happy!
Wanted to just get something inexpensive because all my Kenmore's have been worthless! I purchased this and in less than a month a part literally fell off the unit (holds the door in place). They ordered the part and came out to fix on 3 different occations this happened!!! It happened again the other day; it's out of warranty now. Also within the first 6 months the dish racks both started rusting! What garbage! It might be inexpensive but thats NO excuse Sears/Kenmore! My over $$$ Expensive Elite dishwasher unit was trash too!

I purchased this dishwasher to replace a Kenmoor that had given years of solid use. As an entry level appliance it still has all the features you want and it was clear the design has improved over the years. Salesman was very knowledgeable and was got me exactly what I needed.
This is a great investment when it comes to dishwashers, dishes are clean and no spots when the cycle is done, I love it

I did house renovation both last year and this year on different houses. For both, I both this dishwasher for kitchen renovations. They look good with the stainless steel look. Definite face lift for the kitchen. Runs well but a little noisy. A very good price for an upgraded look.
I was happy that this dishwasher was easy to install and I came across no issues with this or it's use. Just remember to have the parts you need that it does not come with. The interior seems set up nicely and it doesn't feel cheap at all.
Will not clean any type of dishes. I bought this to replace a cheap Kenmore I bought in 2004 that was a great dishwasher. I expected this one to be a good one but it is just a waste of space. Glass comes out like they were never washed. Plates are dirty when removed and silverware is still dirty after cleaning. I have tried to use this for 6 months but have given up on it. I am going to pull it out, throw it in the trash and go some here else and buy one that will work. It doesn't matter what type of soap or if you use the rinse agent or run it for the full wash cycle or the 1 hour cycle. Very dissapointed in Sears and this product.
