Shortly after we got this snowbrush we got snow on 3 different days with a final total of 12 inches. This snowbrush worked great with cleaning the snow off of the 3 cars parked outside.
Prior Lake, MN
It arrived broken. The plastic that wasn't broken felt cheap. It was difficult to fold it back up after the head was extended. Then I tried returning it to a sears store and it took them 45 minutes to figure it out.
I was so excited to get this item, because it was free after rebate. I should have know it was cheap. The build is of cheap plastic, and the folding part of it is shotty at best. You can tell when you open the brush to make it wider that this thing will fail fast. After MN's first snowfall, and one that was light and fluffy on my car, the pastic snapped in half while just brushing! I might expect it to if it were scraping thick ice off of my windshield. I'd then be like oh darn. But this was fluffy snow! Horrible brush. Yeah, you'll spend $0 with the rebate (in fact be paid some money), but it's not worth the hassle of picking up at Sears (who was unaware of the order even though I had a receipt saying it was at their store. Took 1/2 hour to pick it up because they don't know how to handle in-store pickups. DON"T RECOMMEND!
I picked this up after ordering online. Free after rebate, but not even worth the postage! Red button to open the end and locks the brush out broke in half literally the first time I pushed it and went flying across the parking lot. Returned immediately.
