I received this as a gift and when I tried to use it, found that it didn't fit over the valve stem. The hole in the end was marginally smaller than the outside diameter of the threads on the valve stem. My local store happily exchanged it for a new one, but they were more than a little surprised when I showed them (on one of their snowblowers) that the one I returned simply didn't fit.
Be sure to check that yours actually fits before you really need it.
This tire gauge has a good handle and a big easy-to-read screen. The backlit screen is a big plus in the night or dim area. Its build in pressure release latch can save you time to take off extra tire pressure.

good item, accurate ... easy to use...love it....but better if comes with a case ..allowing you to safely store your gauge in a glove compartment or trunk when not in use.
I brought this to replace a manual tire gauge and this craftsman programmable digital tire gauge is priced right and have all the bells and whistle as the higher price model. Works well too.

I bought the digital gauage when it was on sale. I have had different kinds of tire gauge before and nothing beat the easiness of this gauge. It easy to operate and accurate. The design that allows you to release tire pressure is a plus.

Once out of the clamshell package, I found the gauge to be a bit light in weight due to its plastic construction. The only discernible metal part was the nozzle. Other brands have some metal in the body, which provides a sense of heft or "quality." The programmable "******" pressure is a good feature. Also, it did not come with a storage case, which would have been a nice accessory. For the price, there are better alternatives.

I used this a few times. works great. I love the connection to the valve. it doesn't leak air from the tire when getting reading. compared to another brand gauge that is difficult to get a good reading without losing 1/2 pound of pressure because the mouth of the gauge is so large. is there some type of internal mechanism that will eventually die? there was in the other brand gauge I have that has a lifetime warranty. the only thing is you have to mail it back to their headquarters for them to replace it for free. just wondering if sears has the same mechanism. warranty only says 1 year on box.
Some gauges I have, have a shallow head that needs to be perfectly parallel to the tire valve to get a good seal and accurate reading, otherwise the air leaks out and you get 0 psi. The metal head on this gauge gives a perfect seal every time with little escaping air. The big lighted display and built in light are nice plusses too. Well worth the $14 sale price.

I have bought many air gauges over the years and this one beats them all, easy to read and use. Every car I own has one in the glove box and if you purchased it as a "deal of the day" well you made out big.

Lots of tire gauges on the market to choose from. I'm a bit of a tech freak and really appreciate the digital spin incorporated into this tire gauge. Business end is very solid and should last a long time. Locks onto valve stems very well with no leaking whatsoever. Other components (mostly plastic) could be a bit beefier, but if used properly this shouldn't be an issue. Bleed function is a nice touch, as is the LED light. Battery replacement is quick/easy when needed.

The LED lighting is great and it's compact. It was tough getting the proper reading on PSIs though, unless I was just using it incorrectly. I got different reads each time I checked a single tire.
