This is just the refrigerator we needed for our small kitchen. With the icemaker in the door there is so much more room in the refrigerator. It is super quite. I love the interior and it is very well lit. I couldn't ask for anything more.

have never had a new fridge. I had space restrictions or I would have ended up with a fridge the size of a car. I actually really like the streamline approach of this fridge, It was well packed, has some nice features, and is a crazy deal if you catch it right
This refrigerator runs quietly. We love the space on the inside being so adjustable and wide drawer that can be adjusted for deli, meat, etc. So far we are very happy with the appearance and functionality of the product.
Replaced a side by side with this one and find this one more spacious. Great capacity and accessibility. Bottom freezer is wonderful. It's easy to keep everything in order. The little drawer is very useful for keeping yogurts, cheeses, etc. You can see at once what is inside of each drawer. Only a minor thing that I didn't like that much is that it is almost 9 inches deeper than regular cabinets (24 inches). Customer service at Cary/NC was great!
We purchased and received this one week ago. So far we love it. We replaced a white top freezer refrigerator and this one fit perfectly in the space we had. We really like the large and convienent bottom freezer. The refrigerator accessablity is also very good with lots of storage space. Getting water and ice from the door is also a nice feature. However, the water dispenser is a little slow but that may be due to our water line flow....will have to check that out. Retails for nearly $3,000 but waited until it was on sale. Be patient and do the same.
Have had this refrigerator for 1 week now and we love it. It replaced a 1966 refrigerator that came with a home we purchased 2 years ago so we are looking forward to the energy savings these energy star appliances purportedly give. We had researched several different manufacturers refrigerators and decided the Kenmore was the best choice because of family members who also own Kenmores. We really liked the looks of the LG's but a friend has one that has been nothing but trouble from day one and they've owned it for 4 years. I found out from the delivery person that LG makes this Kenmore model...so we are holding our breath hoping we have no problems. So far we have loved all the features, especially the ice and water in the door, our old one did not have ice or water. The temp controls are very good on this model, easy to adjust from outside the unit and keeps the refrigerator and freezer nice and cold. Our old unit had the bottom freezer as well and we hated it but the freezer on this one is at least twice the size and very easy to organize. Another feature we love is the slim in door ice maker, takes up practically no space inside...there are just the 2 of us and it keeps up very well but I could see it having problems keeping up with a larger family...the bottom freezer has a container in which to keep extra ice so that should provide plenty of ice for larger families.
My wife and I brought a new refrigerator two weeks ago at Sears. We went from a 19.o cu.ft. to a 25.0 cu.ft. Our old refrigerator had a single door with the freezer at the top. We sure enjoy the bigger refrigerator and having the double doors and freezer at the bottom. We also have the luxury of being able to get ice and water from the door. The refrigerator is sure quiet and has a lot of space. We haven't filled it up yet. The freezer space is more than adequate for us and the pull out drawer is very handy for extra freezer space. We also like the compartment where you can store meat and cheeses. We are very happy to have bought this refrigerator.

This fridge was rated high by Consumer Reports, and is pretty nice for a 33", but we are having issues with the doors staying level and some condensation buildup on the door seal that our salesperson at the store can't give us any tips on how to remedy. Also, volume is noticeable when fridge turns on.
We have been very satisfied with this refridgerator. Our old one we had 20 yrs (it came with house so likely closer to 30 yrs old) & when it died had not idea what to get. This fridge is a great size, runs much quieter than our old one & has lots of room. Love the separate temp controls for fruit & veggies (never had fruit & veggies last so long). We have not hooked up our ice yet because we will be remodeling our kitchen, but until it's hooked up there is plenty of room in freezer for ice trays.

For the most part the fridge is great. It's roomy. I had a side by side which I loved so this fridge has a lot to live up to. I like the freezer because it has a lot of room. The only thing that bothers me is the ice maker. Forget about crushed ice. That splatters all over the place. The regular cubes work better but you have to really be careful where you hold the glass so cubes go in it instead of the floor. The water comes out in a slower stream than my other fridge. But the fridge has the advantage of being 25 cubic feet even though the width is 33 inches. And the ice maker is behind the shelves if the inside door which is great so you don't lose space in your fridge. Stainless steel is beautiful but the fingerprints are not.

The Kenmore elite three door refrig has high consumer satisfaction, so I expected a great experience. Upon its delivery, I noticed a large scratch on one door. It took two days to get that fixed. Then I noticed that one of the shelves was badly damaged during the door fix. That will take two weeks to fix. The bins on the doors cannot hold a tall liter bottle unless they are placed so closed together that you cannot fit anything through the space. The shelves are spaced so close together that a gallon milk cannot stand up on any of them. The milk carton fits in the top door bin if the bottom bin is on the last notch, so the middle bin can be used. The control panel is on the outside of the door. That panel includes the temperature settings in easy view and reach of a child, a clumsy inattentive person or a prankster. The other day when I came home the temperature was showing in Celsius. Fortunately the food had not spoiled. The ice and water dispenser is playing a game of "gotcha". The crushed ice flies everywhere and the water spout makes the water stream curve so steeply that it almost shoots over the top of my glass. Picture that water fountain that has a cherub dispensing the water. That's the curve I get from my water dispenser. I truly hope that I can learn how to live comfortably with this appliance. Hope it gets better soon.

when delivered they put the legs down. Couldn't move it. Had to make many calls to have someone come out. Then they try to tell me my floor is uneven. One leg is still down but can roll the ref. Refrigerator still looks like it is not completely level. Not real happy!!!!

I purchased mine 7/11/2011, delivered 7/22/11. I had the 3rd frig delivered and the water line was crimped. Fixed it and the icemaker worked until approx. 9/2012. Being that the warranty was out and that the customer service was so poor, I elected to have mine serviced by a local appliance store. To my expense and satisfaction it was repaired in 11/2012. However, now in August, 2013 I am having the identical problem of not being able to dispense water or ice and called the same repair service and when he came Friday, 8/9/13 to repair I have the same parts that need to be replaced plus the WIRING HARNESS is corroded and there is no part for this. So in other words I have an icemaker that I can only open the door, pull the dispenser bucket out and get ice. I am disgusted with Sears and their products and especially their customer service.
I had to replace a 25 year old top freezer/refrigerator that needed to fit the existing space between the wall and counter/cabinets. This fit perfectly but, more importantly, works fabulously. It's very large, everything is visible and works just great. The only drawback is the amount of ice that it produces. It could be better.
Replaced a side-by-side which had NO interior space, food was constantly spoiled, NO room in the freezer side. This super refrigerator fits in that dinky little space we had, but I'd say gives me 1/3 more interior space for food and in the freezer. I didn't realize just how awful my side-by-side was until I bought this refrigerator! Now, my food (including leftovers, fruits and veggies) stays fresh for weeks. There is sooooo much room in the "coldcut/cheese, etc" drawer...it is usually half-empty. Bottles have plenty of head room and I can put a pizza box on the shelf. I no longer have to squat down for a vegetable drawer, and the ice maker is superb...only issue is once in a while, I have to easily open up the latch and give the ice container a "pat" to knock down a few that may have gotten stuck together (only happened twice in about six months that we've had it - no big deal). Mine runs VERY quietly compared to the old one. Being a French door refrigerator, I only need to open the right side of the top half to get milk or liquids which I set up on the shelves on that side...that means I only open an area 50% smaller or less than before when I get those things that we reach for all day long. I believe that helps maintain a good temperature and seals in the freshness, incidentally, using so much less electricity, rather than opening up a good sized door that ran the full height of the old refrigerator just to access a drink each time. I looked at similar French-door refrigerators for years, but could never buy one because they were 1/2" or more too tall/wide for my space in order to get one with a larger interior space than I had in my side-by-side. This one had only been out according to the salesperson for about 6 months when I eyeballed it and thought "that looks like it would fit". My ONLY complaint about the fridge is that they've stopped making the black outside box sides which would have made it "perfection." I have a black countertop that meets with that one side and I detest the grey...It now has the family pictures, calendar and magnets that were on the front of my old fridge which covers up about 75% of the grey. I've been told that there are appliance paints which would take care of that problem, and I know I could purchase a stainless steel film to go over it, but I haven't had time to do either yet. If Kenmore is listening....Bring Back the Black! Of course, it would be too late for me since I anticipate this fridge lasting for decades! I can't believe I'm so "moved to write a review...I don't usually." I think if you buy it, you too will LOVE it! Enjoy!
