I liked this hose until I got it home and tried to put it into the hose hideaway box. Because the end of the hose that hooks up to the inside wheel of the hose hideaway box is about 3 inches of very hard plastic, it keeps the hose from rolling up correctly in the hideaway,

I had my older never knik hose, that I gout tired of kinking, so I had to replace it. Now it is only made with Aluminum instead of brass. I am not looking forward to the aluminum corroding and getting stuck on the hose nozzle and facet fittings.
The Craftsman Neverkink Self-Straightening hose has the same lifetime warranty as the Craftsman rubber hoses. It is lighter than the rubber hoses. The 75-ft. length was a better price than then 50 ft. rubber hose, allowing a 50% greater range to reach around the house. It is easier to store than the other hoses that I have used. This is the first self-straightening hose that I have purchased. I have no affiliation with Sears or Craftsman products except as a customer. However, I may be offered a small award for reviewing this product.

My husband bought three of these craftsman neverkink hoses; we are happy to have not only found a great product, but it was at a great price. We purchased online to pick up in store. Service was prompt and friendly.
I bought the 100-ft of this hose for 2 years and is really good. For Southern California's hot weather, this hose has been working well for me. When this 75-ft host came up on the daily deal, I snatched it immediately. Highly recommended.

I have 3 of these, replacing 11 year old hoses at camp. Bought because of the guarantee and promise of NO KINKING...The promises should read that they're guaranteed to never kink in the same spot..2 always kink when fully extended with the 3rd only sporadically...I'll replace with cheaper models from the Home Center - at least I'll get what I paid for...

I purchased this in April because of Craftsman name. in early July, it busted about 10 inches from faucet connection. Other "no name" hoses lasted for up to 10 years. Very disappointed because I cannot return it, because is past 60 days. I am the only one using the hose, and am very careful.
I have purchased dozens of hoses over the years and am always disappointed. They always kink, no matter how expensive. The better ones are so heavy, the flexihose ones are pieces of ****. I have high hopes for this one, but have only been using it for a few weeks. So far so good. It rolls onto my hose carrier OK, the nozzle is firm and tight on the hose bib. Started to foldover in one spot already, but I reset it on the carrier straighter. This one doesnt seem 75 feet long--barely hits my driveway, but seems like it will last for a couple of years.
Bought this hose because I got tired of using two old hoses together where is would leak at the couplers. The 75 foot length is great for me as it an reach across my driveway. The material is not too stiff so it is easy to maneuver. The warranty and availability at sears (for exchange purposes) gives me confidence it will last (either by not breaking or easy access to a replacement.
