Since August alone we have hired more than 900 veterans-nearly twice as many as we hired in all of last year. Sears Holdings has one of the most generous standards for military pay. For any Sears employee who serves in the military, we maintain their civilian pay and benefits throughout their call of duty. Reservists who are full-time Sears employees are allowed to continue participating in life insurance, medical and dental programs. Conoce más en searsholdings.com/military.
