> As part of its long-standing commitment to real life heroes, Sears is proud to launch the sixth annual Heroes at Home fund-raising campaign, supporting Rebuilding Together. Right now, Rebuilding Together affiliates across America are delivering more than 100 critical home renovations for veterans and military families so they can remain comfortably in their homes. Consider giving back to the men and women who serve our country by donating at any Sears store between April 28 and July 27. Donations may also be made online via the link below.
> Sears Holdings recently committed to increasing hiring veterans by 10% over the next year...and has been living up to its word. Since August alone we have hired more than 900 veterans-nearly twice as many as we hired in all of last year. Sears Holdings has one of the most generous standards for military pay. For any Sears employee who serves in the military, we maintain their civilian pay and benefits throughout their call of duty. Reservists who are full-time Sears employees are allowed to continue participating in life insurance, medical and dental programs. Learn more at searsholdings.com/military.
> "Can't Say Goodbye" by Josh Gracin was created in collaboration with Sears Heroes at Home. The song, based on the winning entry from the Sears "Portraits of Heroes" song contest, reflects a young war widow's story and her commitment to keeping her husband's memory alive. All proceeds from the song will go to Heroes at Home and Rebuilding Together. Click here to download it for $0.99 on iTunes.

Help a hero this holiday season
Thank you to those who donated to the 2012 Heroes at Home Wish Registry, which brightened the holiday season for nearly 20,000 military families. Through the generosity of Sears customers and associates, we're proud to have raised more than $18 million in gift card donations and helped more than 83,000 families since the Wish Registry launched five years ago. The Wish Registry gives deployed service members a chance to send their love home by providing the means for them to purchase practical gifts such as clothes, toys and holiday decorations. The program distributes 100 percent of donations back to military families across the country.
