Select items for "Store Pickup." Complete your purchase. On the order confirmation page, select "I would like to pick up my items curbside," and enter your vehicle information.
Download the latest version of the Shop Your Way app and sign in. In the app's settings, turn on "Location Services."
Once you've received the "Ready for Pickup" email, drive to the store and pull into one of the reserved parking spaces, located outside of the Merchandise Pickup area. Make sure you have your photo ID and the payment method used for your purchase. An associate will deliver your order to your vehicle in 5 minutes or less — or you'll receive a $5 coupon.

How does it work?

  • Look for items that have the "Store Pickup" option.
  • Enter your ZIP code on the product page to check availability. Choose a local store that has the item in stock or can get the item in an acceptable timeframe.
  • After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email and, later, a "Ready for Pickup" email that indicates your order is at the store and is being held for you. Bring a copy of the "Ready for Pickup" email (printed on your mobile device), photo ID and payment method used for your purchase with you to the store.
  • For Store Pickup: Locate the Merchandise Pickup area (at the side or rear entrance of the store). Use the kiosk inside the Merchandise Pickup area to either scan the salescheck barcode, or swipe your credit card to request your order.
    For In-Vehicle Pickup: Pull into one of the reserved parking spaces, located outside of the Merchandise Pickup area. Use the Shop'In® feature on your Shop Your WaySM app to initiate In-Vehicle Pickup (location services must be enabled in the app's settings).
  • A Sears associate will bring your item(s) out to you in 5 minutes or less.
    NOTE: If you placed an order after regular store hours, you will receive your "Ready for Pickup" email once the item is ready for pickup.

How do I know that an item is available for pickup?

  • You can check an item's pickup availability by entering your zip code, located next to the shopping cart icon on the top right-hand corner of the product page.
  • Items will either be in stock (pending email confirmation), or due in store within a few days.
  • Items that are due in store are generally not stocked at the store or are currently out of stock. The additional time allows for shipping from our warehouse.

Is every item eligible for pick up?

  • No. Some items are only available for shipping or delivery.

When do I go to the store to pick up my order?

  • Go to the store after you receive your "Ready for Pickup" email. Items that are in stock can usually be picked up the same day your order was placed or the next day, depending on the time of day your order was placed.

Can someone else pick up my order?

  • You may send someone else to pick up your order.

    During the checkout process, be sure to check the "Someone else will pick up my order" box. You will need to supply the name and email address of the person picking up your order. We will send them an email, which they will need to bring to the store as identification.

What are the store hours?

  • Store hours vary. Once you select a store with our Store Locator, click on the "See Details" link for the store hours. Store hours will also appear on your order confirmation and "Ready for Pickup" emails. NOTE: The Store Locator will find stores in your area. You still need to enter a zip code under the "Store Pickup" option to see if an item is in stock at that location.

What do I bring with me to the store?

  • Bring your "Ready for Pickup" email (printed or on your mobile device) and the credit card you used for the purchase.

Where do I go and what do I do?

  • For Store Pickup orders, go to the Merchandise Pickup area, located at the side or rear entrance of the store.   • For Fine Jewelry orders, go to the sales counter in the Fine Jewelry department. Present the credit card you used for purchase and your "Ready for Pickup" email to the associate.
  • For Automotive orders, go to the sales counter at the Sears Auto Center. Present the credit card you used for purchase and your "Ready for Pickup" email to the associate.
  • For In-Vehicle Pickup orders, pull into one of the reserved parking spaces, located outside of the Merchandise Pickup area. Use the Shop'In® feature on your Shop Your Way app to initiate In-Vehicle Pickup (location services must be enabled in the app's settings). An associate will bring your order out to your car within 5 minutes.

Will my car or truck be big enough for the item?

  • Always check the dimensions of the item you're purchasing. If you don't think an item will fit in your vehicle, you may need a large-bed pickup truck. You may also choose to have your item(s) shipped or delivered.

How do I cancel or return my purchase?

  • To cancel an order placed for pickup, contact Customer Service at 1-800-349-4358. You may process your return at a Sears store. See our Return Policy.

How do I enable location services on my Shop Your Way app?

  • Log into your account. Under the app's settings, turn on "Location Services."

When do I need to Shop'in® to activate In-Vehicle Pickup?

  • Shop'in® after you park in one of the In-Vehicle Pickup reserved spaces, located outside of the Merchandise Pickup area. After you Shop'in®, select "In-Vehicle Pickup" and confirm your items for pickup. A counter will start, and an associate will bring your order out to your car in 5 minutes or less.

How do I download the Shop Your Way app?

  • You can download the app from the Apple app store or the Google Play store.

Is In-Vehicle Pickup available in all Sears stores?

  • In-Vehicle Pickup is available in all Sears Full Line stores. Sears Auto Centers, Sears Hometown and Sears Outlet stores do not apply.

Do I need to be a Shop Your Way member to use In-Vehicle Pickup?

  • Yes, In-Vehicle Pickup is only available to Shop Your Way members.
