Quiet, spacious, convenient
My wife was adamant about purchasing a new refrigerator with French doors and a bottom freezer, and it had to be Bisque-colored and at least 24 cu ft. In these days of Stainless Steel being all the rage, it was a difficult task. We found this one, and she instantly loved it, from its bright interior LED lighting, to the icemaker, to the pull-out shelves. We installed it, and after a couple weeks of use, have had no problems. It is extremely quiet and the icemaker produces plenty of ice. The temperature settings were easy to set, and no further adjustments were necessary. Plenty of shelves and door rack space. The freezer is huge, and is made more convenient by having the pull-out rack. Highly recommended.

The Compressor Runs Constantly - Is this really energy efficient?
We purchased the stainless steel model refrigerator 30+ days ago. We like the way it looks and the storage capacity is perfect for us. We've had no problems with cooling capacity, in either the refrigerator or the freezer. This model also seems to run very quiet. The HUGE problem we've had is the compressor runs constantly. Often times it runs for 5 minutes, shuts off, and 10 seconds later will run again. We understand why the fan might run often to circulate air in the refrigerator compartment, however the compressor should never run as often as it has been. Especially when the refrigerator is not in use! Have other customers purchased this appliance had the same problem? This could be a manufacturer defect if the compressor was not properly "charged" at the factory. Whatever the case is, we will be contacting Sears for either a repair or replacement. If Sears does not make good and stand behind their products, our intent is to take this issue to the top.

Great space. Lighting inside nice &bright. Glass shelves adjustable. Love the freezer on the bottom--pull out baskets help with storage and not losing things in the bottom. Delivery guys were great--carried large refrigerator in with ease.

Best refrigerator ever
We love this refrigerator. It seems so much roomier than our old side by side refrigerator even though they are the same exterior size. Losing the in-door water and ice dispenser gave us extra space in the door. It maintains the temperature very nicely. Ice maker works great. Love the clean look of the LED lighting. Love the brushed steel look--so easy to maintain. Like that the door closes very securely. I had read that this was an issue for some French door refrigerators, but it's not a problem here.

Love the features, looks and size. Freezer seems extra large and refrigerator shelves adjust to fit most everything. With the freezer on the bottom, refrigerated food is at eye-level. Pull out shelves is an extra nice feature.

LOVE IT!!
I love it. Don't miss the water and ice on the door at all. Even with 4 kids and 2 dogs the Black looks great and doesn't show smudges at all. I love the way the doors close, very sturdy. Shelves are sturdy. Everyone who sees it falls in love with it :)

Life's Good with this frig! Very quiet (on wood floor), large drawer(s) in freezer, great flexibility in shelf and door compartment placement. It's been purring for about 10 months now, and it works great. Only complaint (minor) is that the 'meat/cheese' drawer is full width, so you have to open both doors to open it. Tried decreasing the temp to 34, and lettuce got crispy. At 36, keeps beer nice and cold and the rest of the food doesn't get frosty. Bought last year on the President's day sale... great deal, and got add'l 5% off using Sears CC. Plus Rewards points. Pay it off quick though!

Ice sheet form on the bottom of the freezer floor and water paddle follow
Occationally, we find a paddle of water infront of the freedge. water trails all the way to the bottom of the freezer. When I open the freezer I can see a sheet of ice formed on the botom of the freezer floor. I have cleaned all the seals and made sure all the doors are well shut off, but still this issue reoccuring. I do not do not know what else to do except calling Sears. My warrenty is over, of course, and I'm sure the technician visit will be expensive. This problem started three years after purchasing

We have used Kenmore refrigerators most of our married life (48 yrs) and have never been disappointed - the unit before this one was 21 years old - still running strong - actually in the posession of someone else to use now - love the new one especially because the freezer is on the bottom and as I have grown older (won't tell) I have discovered that I enjoy not having to bend over to see what's in the refrigerator!
