Sears Holdings Associates
Associates must have a registered account profile in order to receive an associate discount. To receive your associate discount for purchases on Sears.com and Kmart.com, follow these steps:
- Shop online at www.sears.com and www.kmart.com
- Click on the My Profile link at the top of the Sears.com homepage and the Kmart.com homepage.
- Create a New User Profile.
- Click on the My Information link.
- Add your personal information, including your associate discount number to the My Information page.
- Click the Save & Return to Overview button.
Online discounts will be applied automatically and displayed on the order summary at checkout. Please refer to Sears Holdings company policy for associate discount eligibility and approved forms of payment. The New User Profile for Sears.com and Kmart.com requires an active discount card number. New hires or associates requesting replacement cards will not be able to receive an online discount until they receive their permanent discount card.
