Ship to a Sears Store (Ship to Sears)

How does it work?

  1. Proceed to Checkout as normal and select to have the items shipped
  2. Select ‘Ship to Sears’ as your shipping destination
  3. Select a convenient store to pick up the item at
  4. The order will be shipped to the store from our online warehouse. When the order arrives at the store, we will send you your Ready for Pick Up e-mail with pick up instructions.
  5. Bring this e-mail and the credit card you used for the purchase and go to the Merchandise Pick-Up area of the store. Except for Jewelry and Watches which may be picked up in the Jewelry Department.
  6. Swipe your credit card or enter your name or address at the kiosk. Within minutes, a Sears Associate will bring your item out to your car.

How is Ship to Sears different from Buy Online and Pickup in Store?
Store Pickup orders are fulfilled from existing store inventory or items that would typically be carried in a Sears store. Store Pickup items are typically available in the store, so there is no shipping charge.

Sears.com sells thousands of additional items that are not available in our Sears stores. Ship to Sears allows you to have items shipped to a Sears store and you can pick up at your convenience. The shipping charge will be discounted from the ship to home rate.

What items are eligible for Ship to a Sears Store (Ship to Sears)?
Many items are currently eligible for Ship to Sears. We are continuously looking for ways to provide you with the most flexibility and convenience. Please check back periodically to see what assortments we offer for Ship to Sears. We are adding new items all of the time.

Only items that can be sent via UPS are eligible for shipment from our online warehouses to the store. Oversize delivery items are not eligible.

What does it cost for my order to be shipped to a Sears store?
The charge will be discounted to a lower rate than the standard shipping cost to your home.

ShipVantage members will receive free shipping to a Sears Store in addition the free shipping to their home.

Will Ship to Sears be free for ShipVantage customers?
Yes, a new benefit for ShipVantage members will be that their order will be shipped to the store for free in addition to free shipping to their home.

When do I go to the store?
Wait to receive your Ready for Pick Up e-mail with your pick up instructions before you go to the store. Don forget to bring your Ready for Pick Up email and the credit card used to make the purchase.

Can I change my mind and have the item shipped to my home?
Before you place your order, you can select shipping/delivery (method depends on the type of item) instead. Once an order is placed for pick up, you will need to go to the store to pick it up.

What are the store hours?
Store hours vary. Store hours are displayed online where you select your store and on your Order Summary and Ready for Pick Up e-mail. Store hours are also available by clicking the Find a Store link at the top of every web page.

What do I bring with me to the store?
Bring your Ready for Pick Up e-mail and the credit card that you used for the purchase.

Where do I go and what do I do?
For most orders, go to Merchandise Pick Up, which is located at the side or rear entrance of the store. Swipe your credit card or enter your name or address at the Merchandise Pick Up kiosk. Within minutes, a store associate will bring your item to your car.

How do I cancel or return my purchase?
To cancel an order placed for pick up, contact our customer service for assistance at 1-800-349-4358 or the store you selected for pick up.

Can I expedite my shipment to a Sears store?
Yes. You will have the option to select expedited shipping at and additional charge as you would for items shipped to your home or office.
