Our valued APO and FPO customers should shop on the Sears.com US (domestic) website for a wider selection of products and lower shipping prices. Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses are considered local US orders and exempt from international custom duties. Please see the next question on how to change the country and currency selection to US.
Yes, we do ship to P. O. Boxes in all countries but only when using the Express shipping option. We are unable to deliver to P. O. Boxes when using the Global Mail option.

You can also click "Change Country" next to the country flag on the top right corner of most pages (see image below) to get the same menu and change your selections. Every country has different guidelines to determine which products should be restricted for export and/or import. For the convenience of our customers, we automatically limit the product selection that can be browsed and added to the shopping cart by the specified shipping country. Customers can place orders valued up to US $2,500 for products weighing up to 150 lbs (68 kgs). Canadian customers using the "Express" shipping option can place orders valued up to US $5,000. The "Global Mail" shipping option (Canada and UK customers only) restricts the product weight to 66 lbs (30 kgs).
Unless otherwise specified on the product page, all the products requiring electricity for normal operations that we sell are designed for use with 120V, 60Hz. The governments of the destination country determine the duties (or custom tariffs), VAT and taxes that should be charged for the products being imported into the country. These greatly vary by country, type of product being imported and where the product was manufactured.
Our partner, FiftyOne determines these charges for all orders at the time of checkout. All of our customers have the option to pay these required charges during checkout. If the charges are paid at checkout, the order total (merchandise landed cost) is guaranteed and customers are not required to pay anything additional (no COD) at the time of order delivery. Customers in some countries have the option to pay these charges at the time of order delivery. In this case, the order total (merchandise landed cost) cannot be guaranteed. Customers will be required to pay the applicable charges (COD) at the time of order delivery. These charges may be different to what was quoted online at checkout. If the due charges are not paid COD, the merchandise will be returned back to Sears and the customer will not be refunded any of the shipping charges.

All the "Express" orders are delivered by DHL Express. The "Global Mail" orders are delivered by Canada Post for Canada & Yodel (formerly DHL@Home) for the United Kingdom. Please note that both Canada Post & Yodel make three delivery attempts for each parcel shipped through Global Mail. After that, the parcel is held at a local postal facility for a designated period of time, which is communicated to the customer, before being sent back to the Sears.

Due to our commitment to processing orders as soon as possible for our international customers, there is only a short period of time in which you may cancel your already placed order. If your order has not yet been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment, you can cancel the entire order without incurring any charges. We are unable to cancel the order once it has been sent to the warehouse for fulfillment. To cancel your order, please provide us your order number by email firstname.lastname@example.org. We are unable to make any changes to existing orders.
We are only able to accept a return if the product being returned was sold by Sears or Kmart and if it is being returned within 30 days of the customer receiving the product. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of products that are being returned after 30 days of the customer receiving the product. We are also unable to accept returns on products that are sold on our website by third party merchants.
To initiate a return, please contact us by email at email@example.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to ship your return, the cost of return shipping and the amount you will be refunded. We will create a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and provide you the RMA number. We will also email you the return instructions, a pre-paid return shipping label and commercial invoice. You may either drop off the return to a local DHL depot or call your local DHL office to schedule a convenient pick-up time.
If the item shipped was incorrect or damaged, our partner FiftyOne will refund the merchandise price, shipping charges, and the duties (or custom tariffs), VAT and/or taxes originally paid for the returning item. If an item is being returned for any other reason, you will be required to incur the shipping and return shipping costs. Our partner FiftyOne will only refund the merchandise price and the duties (or custom tariffs), VAT and/or taxes originally paid for the returning item. The refund will be in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as when the order was placed.
You will be credited for the products being returned when we receive and process the contents of the received parcel(s). The credit is made in the same currency & payment tender type used at the time of purchase. The credit will be for the amount agreed upon by the customer service team and you. You will be able to see the refund credit in about 3-5 days from when you actually return ship the product.
