Can my order be delivered internationally? Yes, we are now pleased to provide our international shoppers with the customer experience they have been waiting for, through our partnership with FiftyOne. We currently support foreign currencies, guaranteed order totals and international shipments for the following 90 countries.
What countries do you ship to? How do I Order International Items? Search for International Shipping and select the country you would like to ship to. Then just add items to your cart and click on the checkout button. Our partner, FiftyOne will calculate and display the order total in your preferred currency, including shipping costs from the U.S. to your selected international destination, as well as any applicable duties and taxes as determined by the destination customs and revenue authorities.
Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order? No. When you use the FiftyOne global checkout, you will be provided with an order total in your preferred currency. The order total presented will be the amount that you will be billed.
What currencies does FiftyOne support? What payment options does FiftyOne support? Currently, FiftyOne supports Visa and MasterCard payments in all the currencies listed above.
When am I billed? Your credit card will be billed by FiftyOne at the time your order(s) leave the U.S.
How much does international shipping cost? International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the desired shipping option (Standard/Express), the number of items you purchase, the weight of the items and the destination country postal code. International shipping costs will be calculated and during the FiftyOne Global Checkout based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination.
How much duty, customs tariffs, VAT and/or taxes are charged on international orders? Duty, customs tariffs and VAT are set by the destination country and determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that FiftyOne supports. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs, taxes and VAT will vary by country and will be determined and guaranteed by FiftyOne within the Global Checkout.
What will my credit card statement say? Your credit card will be billed by FiftyOne and your credit card statement will read "51*SEARS.COM" where 51 denotes the FiftyOne network.
Are there any items that cannot ship to my country because they are restricted? If for some reason, there are any items that cannot be exported from the U.S. and/or imported into your destination country selection, our partner FiftyOne will notify you during the FiftyOne Global Checkout process.
Is there a limit to how much I can ship? Currently, shipments are limited to 60 lbs (27.2 kg). Orders over 60 lbs will be separated into multiple shipments, if possible. This might increase certain shipping fees associated with your order.
Do you ship furniture items internationally? Unfortunately, weight and size restrictions for international shipping prevent us from being able to ship oversized items outside of the U.S.

Cancellations:
Before Order Fulfillment: Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, there is only a short period of time in which you may cancel your order. You may choose to cancel your entire order as long as the order has not yet been sent to Sears' warehouse for fulfillment. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at international@customerservice.sears.com. If your order is cancelled for any reason, prior to it arriving at Sears' warehouse, you will not be charged for the order, customs tariffs, taxes and shipping fees.
Can I Change My Order? Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to an existing order. If your order has not yet been sent to a Sears' warehouse for fulfillment you can cancel the entire order. To cancel your order please contact us at international@customerservice.sears.com.

International Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or it is damaged and your order was shipped to a country that is not served by FedEx, we will be happy to accept your return. Unfortunately at this point we cannot accept returns on orders shipped through FedEx. Please refer to the list of countries by carrier to determine the appropriate returns process. If your country is serviced through the Fifty-One partnership with FedEx refer to the Return process for FedEx countries. For all other countries refer to the Return process for GLS, Parcel Force and Royale Logistics countries.

Contact us at international@customerservice.sears.com and we will provide you with instructions on where returns should be shipped, the cost, of return shipping, if any, and the amount you will be refunded. We will provide you with an RMA # as well as the address of the closest FiftyOne return facility. If an item is damaged, our partner FiftyOne will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price and any duties, taxes and/or VAT originally paid on the returning item, in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. If you choose to return any item for any other reason, our partner FiftyOne will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price and any duties, taxes and/or VAT originally paid on the returning item, in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order however, you may incur the shipping cost.
Your must initiate the item within 90 days of placing the order to be eligible for a return.
