About Sears Auctions on eBay:
Regretfully, Sears stores cannot accept returns for auction merchandise. Items purchased via auction, including items delivered incorrectly or broken items, may be returned to sears.com using the return label provided with your order. Except for items identified as "Refurbished", "Reconditioned", or "Certified Rebuilt Product", all products are new and in their original packaging.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the volume of Sears listings on eBay, on rare occasions listed auction items may be unavailable at auction end. In such cases, Sears will notify the winning bidder that the item is unavailable, and will try to arrange for a reasonable item substitution. However, Sears reserves the right to cancel the auction if a mutually-agreeable substitution item cannot be identified. Bidder is responsible for paying shipping cost. Costs vary by weight of product and shipping choice. Sears is required by law to collect all taxes based on where your order is being shipped or delivered. All auction sales will be completed on the Sears website using an accepted credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Sears card). Auction winners will be contacted by e-mail and will have 5 days to come to the Sears website to complete their auction purchase.

You can still purchase your item from Sears if you do not receive an email:

1. Go to sears.com and click the auctions tab at the top of the home page or click here.
2. Click on "Sears Auctions" on the left-hand side.
3. In the store search field, enter the eBay auction id. Click the search tab.
4. Click on the checkout link within the checkout information section.

Items not purchased within 5 days of auction close will no longer be available to you and Sears will notify eBay that a non-paying bidder closed this auction. All refurbished units are run through a stringent inspection process designed to ensure that they meet or exceed the functional requirements for new machines. Each system is thoroughly tested to make sure it is functioning at peak performance. Cosmetically, refurbished units may deviate slightly from the new, unopened product, and a refurbished item may not be accompanied by its owner's manual. All products are individually boxed and foam packed. Regretfully, Sears stores cannot accept returns for auction items; however, items purchased via auction, including items delivered incorrectly or broken items, may be returned to sears.com using the return label provided with your order. Sears Product Repair is available on most items, and Protection Agreements may be available for purchase during checkout.
