Lightweight Easy to Use Nikon Coolpix S3100
This camera looks like it will be great for both photos & videos. It was very easy to use for photos and I am anxious to use it for videos on an upcoming vacation. I love the size and it is very lightweight and easily fits in my purse or pocket. I am very happy so far and the price was great!

Too many blury pictures
I love the compact design, the picture quality when it's not blurry is great. I tried 5 pics of my kid on a walker, 3 out of 5 pictures are blurry, so sad to return this product.

Nikon S3100 camera is an excellent value for the price.
My wife wanted a small camera to carry in her purse to have available for spur of the moment pictures. The S3100 is very compact & fits this need very well. The 5X zoom is above average for such a small camera & the image stabilizer is a big plus when using a compact camera. The mode selection & menu to use them is much more user friendly than other digital cameras we have owned. We have larger cameras with more features, but this one gets most of the use as it is the handiest to use & it gives excellent picture quality.

This camera delivers everything we expected.
I bought this camera for my daughter for the holiday. She was very excited ot begin using it. She was able to take it out of the box, load the batteries and take excellent pictures, litterally in a flash. The photos are clear and concise. She can easily point and shoot and upload to the internet within a short period of time. It can easily fit in a pocket for transport. This was an excellent choice. We are very happy with the quality.

Nikon COOLPIX S3100 is a slim and beautiful design
I like this camera very much. Before I went to Sears, I checked online and chose 2 specific models. Both of them arediffirent brands, not Nikon. I decided that I would choose one between these 2 models at Sears. But when I got there and saw Nikon COOLPIX s3100 right next to the cameras that I checked online in advance, I changed my mind. Because it is so nice, beautiful and design and very slim. Not only the design, I also like Zoom button. It is not actually a button but a knob. Twisting the knob to either way a little, It zooms or zoom out. It is easy to use. The only thing I regret that I didn't check that there are the other colors. If I knew that there are so many colors, I would have bought blue one. The features of this camera is probably a standard, but It beats the other models in design!!
