I bought this product for a gift 2 weeks before Xmas.After loading 60 pictures and 20 songs,I started having trouble with my frame.Music would only play 1second of each song then repeat over and over again!!While in the(multiple view mode),single pictures would be doubled or triple.Screen would go blank when SD card was inserted.Tried to use (delete all).But nothing was removed from the frame!!!Retured the frame the day after Xmax!!Exchange for a different brand at the same PRICE!!For $150,I thought this would last for some years... Thats why I overlooked the lower priced frames!!(YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR) does not apply to this product from Smartparts... Picture Quality is Good....Sound is OK....Very EASY to USE.........Overall PRICE IS TOO HIGH for this low quality product!!!!!
