Excellent choice, very fast and user friendly.

I have had this tablet for over 6 months and get nothing but problems and error alerts.

Android OS i not what it is advertised and apparently backed up by Google.  Apps will not install at all.  Alert "No device attached'"  (Phone).. I f you don"t have an Android phone you are out of luck.

There's a condition for all of my review points here so read the whole thing. The hardware on this is nice. The capacitive touchscreen works very well. The battery works respectfully well. All-in-all it's a nice buy for the money, although it is a bit on the heavy side regarding weight. The bundled OS has many limitations. If one were to upgrade the tablet using directions at droidpiratedotcom one would experience all that I mentioned above. Following, the app market works flawlessly, xyplayer plays flash through software encode, market software does ssh and scp if you need. Does remote desktop through an app I can't remember the name. I'm keeping my tablet. Oh, the camera wasn't the greatest.

THis is awesome tablet with very powerful hardware..but unfortunaltey the stock view sonic rom is letting it down..

and many people are giving it bad reviews for very same reason..

here is thing after buying this thing you need to go xda developers forums , from there you will find instructions to install clockwork mod and a custom rom called a TNT lite..These roms are much faster, smooth and stable and have android market in them.. ( and you dont have to be a geek to do it simple instruction a total of 5 min process.))

once you done that you will be like in your face ipad 2 owners...

First off you can get this tablet alot cheaper elsewhere. I paid $279.99 for mine on ****** via Woot. With that being said this tablet is great for the price. The hardware is pretty good and the tablet is capable of much more than how it comes from the factory. The first thing i did after charging mine was rooted it. Then I coimpletely changed the rom. Once I did that, this tablet rocks. I now have the Market, and complete access to the protential this tablet has. If you are a standard out of the box user then I suggest buying something else.The standard os is a little chunky/slow. It is great that this tablet has expandable memory (MicroSD card slot) and available USB ports. You dont get either of those with an iPad, not to mention flash.

One downside this tablet does have is I have had a hard time finding any accessories for it. I did get a universal neoprene sleave and a set of really nice screen protectors that cover the front and back of the tablet. This isnt the greatest tablet on the market but its not the worst either. I'd say its a middle line tablet full of potential for advanced users. If you can get it for the right price.

This tablet has more potential than is first obvious. I bought it for my wife for her birthday, and I don't think a day has gone by that she doesn't tell me how much she loves it. It needs some tweaking out of the box to get it working as smoothly as possible. But with a little help from the internet and about 1 hr of time, it's a huge success.

If you don't like technical tweaking, you will need some help, the Tap N Tap software that comes with it is atrocious. But the tablet's potential lies in it's great power and specs, and the open sourch android operating system. It only took about and hour, maybe less, and she was downloading free games and apps galore.

She even uses it to manage her grocery and shopping lists! The battery life is awesome!

I am techie and honestly, the tablet is awesome. It has a great hardware and right screen size. With the right custom-rom, this will compete with iPad, if not beat it. The stock rom is little sluggish and may not appeal to a buyer. I have a custom rom installed and it just flies. I have to say mostly Pros for this item. the biggest negative things about this are, unable find the right flip case and on the weight it is little heavier. Basically, accessories are limited.

Bought the Gtablet in early December of 2010. Out of the box the software was not very impressive. Went to XDA developers and downloaded their software (free) for the gtab and I have an awesome, reliable, tablet. I can do just about anything with it. It can hold its own with just about any tablet on the market. Including the Ipad.
