    While clearly not a fully functional PC, well for the money! December 09, 2011

    This netbook is clearly not expected to do everything that ones that retail for three times the price do. However, I think it is a great starter computer for small children. The resolution is not the best, but it serves the purpose for about $100. This is very similar to a smartphone. It can stream live video, YouTube, Netflix, etc. I bought this as a gift for my 6 yr old niece and she LOVES it and is learning how to navigate it easily! :)

    I think for the money, it was well worth it and I would do it again!

    It's good for nothing but FB and getting email. waste of $$ November 26, 2011

    This lsmart book is good for social networking and for email. It runs on windows ce which cannot be upgraded and is not compatible with adobe flash player which is needed to view most websites. The memory is minimal and one or two times surfing the net, the cookies take up most of the memory and it keeps loading an error message! This smartbook is basically the same as using your phone's web browser. Any sites you visit will be the mobile version not the full site!!! if you just want to go on FB and check your email it's great otherwise, this is a waste of time and money!!! Spend another $100 and buy an actual netbook made by HP, Acer, Sony or Toshiba. Stay away from sylvania, asus and any other wanna be company.

    bought two of them for children. Internet doesn't work half the time they freeze up all kinds of problems, shouldve bought them tablets

    I GOT AS A GIFT FOR XMAS AND MY KID LOVES IT. HOWEVER, IT WAS GETTING DUST LIKE ALL THE GIFTS SO I USE IT AND NOT COMPLAING NOW.

    i bought this looking for a small laptop-like writing device, instead i got an over priced paper weight. there are no full functioning writing programs (like MS word, or MS works,etc.) on this thing, in fact there's pretty much no programs on this thing.
