Excellent design provides all the features you need in an exercise cycle, while using less space than a typical rocking chair.
The pedal action uses smooth, quiet magnetic resistance that you can vary according to your fitness level. The seat, back, and handlebars are very well padded. The calculator is easy to read and use.
The unit is very stable, with clever endcaps on the base that you can easily rotate to adjust to flooring that isn't level.
When assembling it, keep in mind that the handlebar bolts are already mounted in the unit frame, and you'll need to first remove them before you attach the handlebar. I thought at first the package was missing bolts, but that was not the case.

Update January 16, 2011: The unit continues to perform sufficiently. The crank bearing or belt makes some noise after about a half-hour of riding; probably due to some heat buildup. The seat is comfortable for awhile, but begins to press into the top/back of the leg. The mfg should have extended the padding around the wooden base of the seat, rather than just to the edge. One other thing: Stamina will not repair this unit in-home. If you need something big repaired, they'll require you to send the unit back to them, which most people won't want to do. Just something to keep in mind.

I've have wanted an exercise bike for along time, but all of them took up to much space and were bulky. I cannot express enough how much I love this bike. It is comfortable, adjustable and the hands free is fabulous. I work out my arms with dumb bells. Feels like I'm getting a good work out while watching my favorite programs on TV! How fabulous is that! No more excuses for being a couch potato. My neighbor came over to ride it and is also going to get one. I highly recommend!

I had been interested in buying a recumbent bike for awhile and I decided to browse Sears to see what they had. This bike really caught my eye because it was foldable and everyone seemed to like it. I received my bike today and it was so easy to put together! Within 30 minutes it was put together and I was riding it. It's very quiet and you sit in a very comfortable position. It folds into a more compact shape then I thought which is great. The price is great and it's a very sturdy bike even though it's small. I think everyone should buy this bike!
