Awesome! with some dieting. Really Works!! July 07, 2010
Used this product for 2 month. Its awesome. I also started a high cardio exercise at the gym, and a 1600 calories diet. I have already lost 18 pounds. Finally seeing my abs, since I had a belly, really couldn't see it until now. Burn Fat with Cardio, and working my abs with Ab Rocket! Awesome!!!

We got this thing home and put it together and were disappointed in the quality of the product. It offers no resistance at all. Not much support to the neck. You might as well save your money and do traditional sit ups. We are taking it back tomorrow!

You have to be small to use this item,Does not support your back or neckAs I am a sucker to try most "As seen on Tv" Products I ha fallen for the Emson Ab Rocket for Total AB. This piece of equipment had taken my breath away. I mean the commercial was very convincing from what I had seen. How people rocked their tummies into shape loosing inches all around. I went to get my Ab rocker and I was so excited. I put on my work out clothes did my stretches, got on the floor and became very disappointed. They don't mention that you should weigh less than 150 lbs to use this product, if you are over that the resistant bands do not work at all. You sit on it and go to rock and you will fall straight back on the floor. Now remember this product is suppose to assist you with doing a perfect sit up but it does not. Now if you have back problems I would not suggest this product because it will just make it worst. I gave this Product 1 star because it looked the way they said it was going to look but did not work that way. So think twice before you want to buy this Item.
