    Perfect for a beginner February 11, 2012

    This was a great buy. The ball and the pump all in one box, I got a bit of a work out just grtting it "pumped up" and the inside instructions aslo had links to watch work out videos as well as How-to's for beginners. They also had a smaller one, so I was able to get my daughter one and now we work out together. It works great for balance issues as well as providing a good workout for abs and upper body. I am not comfortable yet to do a lower body workout, soon!!

    Biggest Disappointment May 01, 2012

    I respect the name Nordic Track, but this excercise ball was a huge disappointment. The pump was flimsy and would not fill the ball. In fact, the pump split in the seam making it totally impossible to use. I tried taping up the seam, but no go. Threw it out.
