Great to use with my Xbox Kinect Fitness December 24, 2010
I love that I can start with a light weight and as a progress work my way up without taking up a lot of space. I just received them last night as a gift and plan to use them to help get in shape and build up my bones in strength training. Oh and to correct one rating on here this does include two just as shown in the picture. They are up to 12.5 each totalling 25 lbs.

good ONE (1) , just one dumbbell...it appears that you would be getting what it is in the picture, but you only get ONE for that price...if you read carefully, you only get one of them.....a total of 25 pounds which is just one dumbbell.....I learned it the hard way, but i took the single dumbbell back and got my money refunded.

NONEBOUGHT THESE FOR MY GIRLFRIEND, SHE LOVES THEM. SHE DOESN'T HAVE A WHOLE LOF OF ROOM SO THE FACT THAT THE WEIGHTS ARE AJUSTABLE IS A BIG PLUS. WITHIN SECONDS SHE CAN GO FROM 2.5 POUNDS TO 5, 7.5, 10 AND 12.5.

I takes alot of room for individual dumbells so this set really fits the bill. The storage platform works well in keeping the weights in place. Good value.
