    One of my favorite pieces of equipment! I was very pleased with the Ab bench. It is very sturdy , no parts to assemble. The cushions are thick and very well talior made. It does not take up a lot of space and it is stable and does the job. It beats the heck out of doing your sit ups on the floor with your feet under the sofa and making you your backside sore if anyone has been there! I give it an A+ it is as good as the one I used to use at the Gym.
