love the idea of inversion,Well engineeredI love the Inversion table!!!! It helps with my back pain, and I haven't had to go to the Chiropractor. I love the fact I can work my stomach, and it doesn't hurt my back. I injured my back (Fracture Lower Spine) back in 2002, and have back pain daily, this has helped with relieving pressure in my lower back. I have not been able to do sit ups or exercises that strengthen my stomach, but can easily do sit ups without pain..Thank you for this Amazing product!!!

I have had scoliosis my whole life and I would have to take medication, as well as chiropractor visits, to get relief. I had tried a friend's inversion table and it did help my back, so I decided to purchase the Teeter EP-550. I figured with all the great reviews on the internet, and especially a 5 year warranty (when most companies only give you 1 year) I couldn't go wrong. When I received the table, I was happy to discover that it was almost completely assembled, and it took only a few steps to complete assembly.
I was so happy when I went to full inversion that the Teeter table "locked down." I was also very happy with how well-balanced the Teeter is, especially compared to the Ironman I had been using. All it takes is simple arm movements to oscillate the Teeter, and the oscillation is very smooth. I also really like the flexible table bed. It feels much more supportive on my back than a regular flat table bed.
I started out very slowly with inversion, maybe only 20 degrees for the first week, then I progressively inverted more and more, until after about a month, when I went to full inversion. I think full inversion is great for doing stretches and things like inverted situps, but I feel I get the same benefits to my back, whether I'm at 60 degrees or 90 degrees.
I would highly recommend the Teeter inversion table. I think it's definitely worth the investment. Also, I did have to contact customer support and I found it was one of the best customer support experiences I've had.

Pros:
Well engineeredThis equipment is ruggedly built to provide years and years of service for correcting and maintaining your spinal health. I would suggest browsing the sport model which includes the optional ankle cuffs and support bar (at a discount) for more comfort while using this properly designed and constructed equipment.

one month and it crackedI love the idea of the inversion table it has helped me alot. I don't want to return it but they can't replace just the table. So i will look for one with a stronger table maybe a steel table that won't crack.
