Great Value October 17, 2008
I bought this bike about a month ago and have used it 5-10 times so far. I am very pleased with the stability, absence of noise, comfort and overall ease of use. It's not "top-of-the-line" of course, but I think it's a great value for the money. I accidentally broke off a piece of one of the pedals while assembling, and Sears expedited a replacement part with no questions asked. Great value, great service, overall great experience.

Would not recommend this bike! November 24, 2009
I just have it a little over a year, and the battery compartment is no longer working. Since it is using 8 D type batteries, the way the battery compartment setup underneath the controller, it has sagged the whole thing down, and now the door would not close on it, and therefore the bike would not give me any speed changes or any information what so ever.
I am on my way to get another bike. This is a piece of junk.
Would not buy this product.

I have own this thing for 3 months. Not only have i not lost weight i gained 60 lbs! I am about 5'3'' 350. I consume about 15000 calories a day. Also its made very poorly I first sat on it and the chair broke I had to repair it. I would much rather go to the gym and work on my slim body then to sit on this thing any longer.
