Worth the Buy for the Price October 19, 2009
I researched ellipticals after another and finally came across this one @ Sears for the price given, however got it while it was on sale for a cheaper price. I've had it for a few weeks now and haven't had any issues and works perfect for what I need and while being pregnant. Already helping me tone my arms and tighten other areas. I do recommened having someone put this machine together well to avoid any problems like most others. It's quiet and works well, we will keep this machine in good care and make sure to grease the areas needed in the future. Most avoid cheap machines for little malfunctions, however if it's put together well and maintained well you have a good product for use. I was very iffy spending anything on this machine for the low cost but couldn't be happier for just going for it and getting it!

I'm not particularly tall (just 5'7"), but I find this elliptical uncomfortable. I have to hunch over to use it, which hurts my lower back and shoulders. As a result, if this were my only piece of exercise equipment, I would have a hard time sticking to it. I'm an avid runner and in good shape, but I can only tolerate this elliptical for about 15 minutes at a time because of its size. Therefore, I use it only briefly as part of a circuit during times of inclement weather. It is noisy and feels a little rickety, too. If I were using it every day for long periods of time, I seriously doubt it would hold up.

Cons:
Loud squeaks and rattlesI bought this model a few months ago. I use it about 30 minutes 4 or 5 times a week. It was fine for a few sessions, then it started rattling and squeaking like crazy. Now it's so loud that it drowns out my headphones. The parts are poorly fitted and break easily. Spend the extra cash on a gym quality model.

The belt came off is half an hour of useBought it online last weekend. It was shipped to Boulevard Mall Store (Amherst, NY) where I picked it up today. Brought the heavy box home in my van; took all of my family to haul it inside and to the basement. It took me a couple of hours to assemble it. Half an hour of use and the belt hangs out loosely. It is not usable anymore. I tried calling the store three times, and sears customer support 1-800 number once, but it took half an hour of being put on hold, or transferred, before someone would listen to me. I was told to call the repair department before I decide to return the product. It has been a very frustrating experience. I hope the matter is resolved tomorrow. Unfortunately, one star is the lowest rating I can give. I have had better experience at Sears in the past; but this one is very disappointing.
