Gym quality treadmill July 27, 2010
I got this treadmill as a gift and couldn't believe what could be done on this thing. I feel like I'm in the gym whenever I'm on it. I love the options that it offers with the different speeds and incline. Also additional display features like distance, speed, time, calories....it's great!
Probably the only downfall if I had to pick one would be that it's a bit loud. But that should be expected with all motorized treadmills.

Disappointing October 06, 2009
Got the treadmill home only to find the whole base was cracked. When I called customer service they were of no help telling me a service tech had to come out to inspect it between the hours of 8-5. (not even a 3 hr time frame) before anything can be done. What? The whole base is cracked and I bought the warranty. why are they not sending me out a new base asap? Now I have to wait for the tech guy to say it needs a new base and then wait another few weeks to receive it? This treadmill is hard to put together and the pieces come cracked. No wonder why Sears is having financial problems their customer service is horrible and their way of dealing with defective pieces causes lost work time for the consumer who has to wait all day for a call from the tech guy. Save your money this is not worth the aggravation.

a little noisy,free falls on unfoldingWe bought this for my mom because she did not want to take her evening power walks in the cold.We tried out a few machines in the Sears store and decided this on was the right size and cost.The delivery came spot on time and they assemblers were very friendly (and obviously strong enough to lug it up to the 2nd floor)
The machine works like a breeze.It has speed adjustments in increments of 0.5miles/multiples of 2 miles depending on how you want to increase it. The feature I love is the inclination-though noisy,I make Mom reduce the speed and increase the inclination halfway into the workout(or should I say walkout?)
The only thing I don't like about the treadmill is that it doesn't come with an automatic folding up mechanism and there is no safety catch on unfolding either.So that means one of us men has to help the ladies out when they need the treadmill ready for the workout.
But for this price,I am willing to overlook all these (overlook-able) features(or lack thereof).
Ps:I also signed up for the credit card and had a coupon for 10x points and ended up with a staggering 68k points!! I lovvvvee Sears!

Pros:
Well built,Good value,easy to assembleI bought this at first to loose weight and which i have. At first I just walked on it then in time I started using my arms. This was great i lost weight and it was easy on my ankles and knees. The treadmill did everything for the reason why I bought it and at a great price. Also, my husband and boys are able to use it to practice on it for their PT test. Now there is one more reason why I love this treadmill it is simple enough to use that after my mother had heart surgery she was able to use the treadmill with ease and it does not put a lot of stress on her joints. This treadmill is keeping my whole family in shape and is helping my mom with her heart. I'm so, glad I broke down and bought the treadmill even when everyone told me I was wasting my money.

Not easily assembledVery good treadmill, I got it at store but when I got home went online and guest what? I found same one $100 less on sears.com, same day went back to store and they gave me $100 back. So happy I checked online. I've been using it four times a week, running one hour every day for five months and still working fine. No more gym for me with this machine I kept myself active.
