Does great for the money
I bought this treadmill about 3 weeks ago and I am happy so far. It took about an hour for me and my husband to put together. And since then I have been walking about 3 miles every night. It is fairly quiet. The display doesnt light up like it shows in the picture but you can still see it.This is a great buy for the price.

bought this 395 in april , broke in september..
Bought from Sears, Motor went bad in 6 months,
Motor was covered under warranty for 5 years but
Sears want $ 250.00 for labor to install motor .
Very bad experince.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT...... UNLESS YOU LIKE HEADACHES..

Went dead after 15 months og moderate usef
This treadmill went dead after 15 months of moderate use. I had the protection agreement on it and a new control board was needed. I had to wait two weeks for the technician to arrive and order the part and another four weeks for a second technician to be scheduled. I really expected better from Sears home protection warranty.

Parts unavailable for 7 year old Proform Treadmill 400E
Good luck if you're buying treadmills from Sears. We have a PROFORM CROSSWALK 400E that is about 7 years old but hardly used. Started using again recently. Then some buttons stopped working and the "console" is likely the issue, but the part is no longer available from searspartsdirect.com, The chat person said go to managemylife.com for the part. But that site sends you to searspartsdirect for the part. Runaround! These treadmills do not last. Recommend you pay more for a better brand. Don't know which one. Just giving our experience with ProForm/Sears treadmills.

poor treadmill, stop working in two months
It worked fine for 60 days and suddenly the motor makes noise and the belt wasn't moving. The console doesn't respond to any command. By holding both the stop and the increment button, you can reset the console by attaching the key. After that, the motor can move the belt at higher speed but all buttons don't respond to any press. It is only tow months.

This is a very nice treadmill. Seems a bit squeaky on first few uses, but hopefully that will work itself out. It is quiet otherwise. Works well. It is larger than I thought but I LOVE IT!!!!!

Couldn't have got a better bang for the buck. Have had to move it twice and still working as good as the day we got it. I do recommend the pad under it. Makes it quieter and floor/carpet stays clean.
