I love my pilates machine. I've had it about three weeks. Pilates was very new to me before I purchaced my machine. I hurt my back about six months ago & I've had to work on strengthening my core. This has been the easiest & the most fun I've had working on my core. It has helped me so much with my back problems. Best of all it doesn't even seem like your excersing but you will feel it the next day.

I am loving my AeroPilates, and seeing results after one month. Have already advanced to Level 2 workout, but wish they would have included that in the package. Had to order it separately and it was not cheap. I WOULD recommend this to all.

I love the reformer. It's a wonderful workout and a good way to get in shape. I purchased the CDs to enhance my workout and I'm getting great results. The product is reasonably priced and requires minimal space. You will find that your stamina will increase when you engage in other physical activites, such as running and cycling as well.
