I love my scooter
I've had a few minor problems with it but their help desk got me the parts I needed and its all under warranty. It runs like a champ and the kids fight over it. We use it every weekend and I like to ride it to the store on nice days because the parking lot down there is always crazy. It folds up so it fits under my workbench perfectly. I don't know why it gets bad reviews, ours is great.

I would strongly recommend that you NOT purchase this item. It looks great but only
lasted two days. At the end of the second day it would no longer start. We ordered another
thinking that maybe that specific one was a lemon. The second was the same, at the end of the second day it wouldn't start and was leaking gas all over. It's not worth the aggrevation of wondering when it was going to break down and whether Sears would let us bring it back to them.

Junk not worth the money
We Bought this scooter for the holidays and broke it in for 24hrs like the instructions. But shortly after we got to ride full speed the gas tank fell off and so did the air filter. Also has been squeaking a lot after 1st day. Do not buy.

This scooter i bought For my son for Christmas Gift. On the first Day it was great then the next the gas tank fell off on 2 day . I called the service center they sent me a new one. then the Carb. got lose if your not a grease monkey don't buy it.

2 Stroke Engines Noeed Gas AND OIL!!!
All these bad reviews are pretty event of one thing. People don't know this is a 2 stroke engine and therefor REQUIRES gas and oil or it will sieze. It even says it on the tank!!! 40:1 2 stoke mix only!!!

NOT EVEN WORTH A ONE STAR RATING !!!
I read all the reviews I could find, and even though WAY more than 50 percent of the reviews were terrible, I went against my better judgement and bought one. I thought that maybe it was only the people who had bad experiences that wrote reviews, and figured I would give it a chance and see. Well, the bad reviews are there for a reason !! This scooter SUCKED from day one. Parts fell off, things broke & the company does NOT !!! I repeat.. DOES NOT return calls. This has been THE biggest waste of money ever !!! we have already replaced a gas tank, a pull start cord, the throttle is about to break next. There is no power to it anymore, AND WE HAVE ONLY HAD IT FOR 3 WEEKS !!! THIS IS THE BIGGEST PIECE OF **** IM SORRY I EVER SPENT MONEY ON !!!!!!! Please do not buy it thinking it will be ok.. everything about it screams made in china... down to the bolts that hold the tires in place being all different sizes... WAY BEYOND unsatisfied!!

motovox MVS 10 scooter (JUNK)
bought 2 of these for my kids for christmas and they've been in the shop since, they get them back and ride for half hour and the carb is loose again, not even 2 gallons of gas used between the both of them in 7 mounths. the service center we're taking them to is doing everything to help us, but half the time MOTOVOX IS NOT GETTING BACK WITH THEM. wouldn't recommend these to anyone, they are JUNK, can't believe a good store like Sears would even sell something like this.

i got this as a present the first day it ran ok the next day it broke had to bring it to the mechanic thank god for the warrenty ner carbirator and tire it had to be in the shop for 2 and a half months i got it back last week so far the trhttle has completly broken i modified it so the break is the new throutle along with that i was riding and the gas tank somehow poped off i dont even know how that is possible not to mention having to start it up is so very hard dont waste your money not worth it

Gave ot to my 12 yr old son rode it for 2 hours then filled up the gas tank and rode it perfectly fine for 2 months so i bought another for me and they are gas powered so be safe and wear a helmet. this scooter has not let me down yet. so enjoy it for a long time
