    Fun product! 12 year old loves it! January 12, 2009

    We got this for my 12 year old son for Christmas and he LOVES it! Scooted all around over the holidays, we were in a warm climate. We returned to Chicago and can't wait for warmer weather here so he can really have some fun. The instructions say that the battery cannot be left out in under 32 degree weather so it is in my basement for the rest of the season. It was huge surprise for my son and he is thrilled with it. I have already recommended it to friends.

    battery won't hold charge January 05, 2008

    I would not recommend this product because of the customer service lack of service. Bought for a Christmas gift battery would not hold charge tried to call, email and left messages no one called or emailed back still do not have a battery that works bad product I am sending back and going somewhere else to buy

    battery dies" the battery dies literally 5 minutes after u charge it! am i supposed 2 get a new Battery? or charger? or another $170 electric scooter? it worked well the 1st 2 months then went bad!

    Due to the cold weather we didn't use the scooter until spring. Unfortuantly by then, only 5 months after we purchased it, the battery is dead. We charge it, and it dies in a half of a minute. I wasn't happy when I had to push it 1/2 mile up the road when it died on me.
