Very good purchase
It was very clear on the assembly instructions. I really like the organization of all the little parts on the card, shrink wrapped and labeled. The step through design is easy to use, better than my old bike.

Computer Function
My husband purchased this bike. After putting it together - he would recommend two people, the computer did not work. It would not register the miles, speed, heart rate,etc. and would not run through the pre-programmed settings. 1st call to Customer service at Stamina - we had to take the front pedal section apart and run a magnet over the "Sensor wire" to try to reset. By the way, we had to purchase a $32 dollar crank extractor (gear puller) to get the pedals off for better access. No luck. They sent us a new sensor wire. Replaced the wire, still not working. 2nd call to Customer service at Stamina, now they think it is the "Connection wire". This is being mailed to us. Now, I have to say, Customer Service folks have been wonderful but really, should we have to rebuild a brand new bike? Made in China - what do you expect???
