Nice spa once it got here and got fixed
The delivery date is not the date it is to be delivered but the date it will be released from the company. The actual delivery date was about 2 weeks after Sears showed it was delivered. We got the thing wired up and filled with water and it wouldn't heat up. I called the company and they shipped a new pump and sent a repair guy to fix it. It took almost 2 weeks to get it fixed, turned out it wasn't the pump, it was the relay switch in the control panel. Luckily the repair guy had a new control panel with him so I now have a new pump and control panel. The repair man they sent was wonderful, he has called several times to make sure everything is working fine. Needless to say we were not happy when it didn't work, however we are more then happy with the product now and with the service we received getting it fixed.
I would recommend this product to a friend.

Really great hot tub
I was intially scared of ordering such a big item online without really seeing the product. Sears zoom in feature helped me alot. Delivery showed up on time and I had a few people help me move it. We have been very pleased at how easy the tub is operate and the many features on the tub. It has really got strong jet pressure and I could not have asked for a better experience.
I would recommend this product to a friend.
