I found this blouse to be true to size. I picked it up at the store in a different print than is shown here. It's black and white floral. Very pretty and slimming. It hides the tummy area if you're concerned about that. It is a bit sheer, but I wore it with a flesh colored bra, so it didn't show. Hubby loved it. Form fitting through the chest and rib cage, but not the tummy.
