Overall
Poor Design
Difficult to use (to many pieces to put together before it will run) Difficult to wash, water gets into the sleeve and can not be gotten at to dry. Don't like the fact that it requires suction cups to hold it down. I was used to a base, cover that locked in place and a button to start it. Very simple.

Died after 2nd use.
The good: The wide open mouth allows for a lot of food to be processed at the same time. It also has a smaller insert on the mouth for times when the larger mouth is not needed. The bad: The machine motor froze on it's second use towards the end of trying to shred potatos for our breakfast. You could hear the motor trying to turn but it sounded like something inside was jammed against the motor preventing it from turning. It sad to think Kenmore is putting their name on items which fail so quickly.
